I dropped a 45 pound iron plate on my big toe, fractured tie, broke nail, was bleeding a swelled like a cantaloupe. This was in evening. It was very very very painful. I want home took 800 mg of motriz and applied ice on injury. Next morning i was still in pain could not put any pressure on toe. I want to Urgent care. Saww MD, had xray confirmes continued bone fractured. I was still in tremendous pain. Toe was swollen and still bleeding. I was given crutches and open toe shoe and told to follow up with ortho and to take motrin and Tylenol. My pain was 20 of 10. I told The clown mF mD who saw me that the pain was unbearable he told me they didn't orescribe painkillers and if I "wanted" some, I should have gone to emergency room. This clown in zwhite river didn't give a sheet I was in terrible pain. Security was called, I limped out with crushed toe. Fracture and swollen toe bc some clown in a white rice decided I was sheet and if I wanted pain relief I should go to ER.
Never mind my injury was not life threatening nor did I need to be hospitalized. This clown apparently does not know the role if urgent care.

Everyone was professional and expedient. I was taken care of right away and everyone was very polite and respectful.

The care was excellent and fast, the doctor was a sweetheart and so was the nurse, thank you very much

Not a long wait and seen by doctor quickly. Diagnosed and out the door. Can't ask for anything more than that.

Idiots.r3fused to manage my pain fir broken /fractured toe. MD was oblivious to patient suffering. More like a butcher than a MD.
