My first MRI was awesome! The Staff made me feel at home. Very friendly and professional. I was in and out very quick. Thanks again for the great experience!

Clean, quiet and very nice staff. No hassle, everything was explained and a nice room to leave personal belonging with a key for safe keeping until procedure was done.

Clean, cheerful environment, conveniently located and the employees have always been efficient & great at making my MRI experience as comfortable & pleasant as possible.

The employees put me at ease right away, calming my nerves with experience of 'this is how we will prevent what happened before from happening now'. The facility has ample parking, is warm and comfortable inside with easy access to 295.

Everyone was very courteous and helpful at this facility and I'm glad because I tend to be claustrophobic and they made me feel very safe and calm. Definitely would recommend going to this facility for your MRI.

Baptist MRI made my first ever MRI a truly painless and stress-free experience. I was nervous about feeling claustrophobic, especially since I needed scans of three areas and would need to be in the tube for a couple of hours, but Baptist Health staff were very kind, thoughtful, and reassuring. Before I arrived, they explained how large the tube would be and exactly what the process would be like, which helped alleviate some of my anxiety. The facility was clean, quiet, spacious, and welcoming. I couldn't have hoped for a better experience. If I ever need another MRI, I'll definitely return to Baptist.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Having a neighborhood MRI allows patients to pull right up to the front door for expedited entry/exit.

Not happy the mri machine at my original appoinrltment location was not working and they didn’t call to let me know. I had to drive downtown to find out they needed to switch my appointment to the Westside of town. Other than that the staff at the westside facotlity was amazing the woman at the front desk at the San Marco location needs to be let go. She has zero clue what is going on and her attitude needs adjusting. She didn’t even know what a patient mri screening form was and acted like we were bothering her. Nasty attitude.

Clean, comfortable, and most importantly, kind and considerate staff. Overall a pleasant experience.

The staff at Blanding Blvd.worked my husband in at the end of their day. He needed a MRI done urgently and they saved us from the ER experience. They were friendly and got a report to the doctor promptly.

This is the second MRI I have had here, and second 5 star experience. Their staff is professional, friendly, on top of everything, and their office is super clean with the latest tech.

While getting an MRI isn’t the most fun experience especially if you’re claustrophoic, they do a great job of making you feel comfortable.

I’d recommend them to anyone.
