If they could get a minus they deserve it gave them 20 minutes of info and they didn't schedule correct test after a four day wait Impressions imaging got me in later that day.go anywhere else

Staff was pleasant and that’s kind of where it ended. Came in with loud popping in my thumb/wrist, swelling and severe pain. Dr Xrayed and said nothing wrong bye. I asked what Dr thought was causing the popping. “Oh I don’t know, could be a tendon. Brace it for awhile’ Nurse pointed to brace I came in with said use that. Explained it didn’t fit correctly, he gave me a generic brace with NO thumb support and again said Bye. Fast fwd - Got into my own Ortho yesterday. I now have on a half cast, more pain than I went in with. Waiting on CT to figure our what really IS WRONG! Thanks for wasting my time Baptist and making my injury worse!

I've been going to this Baptist health outpatient about 10th years for my yearly Mammogram screening. I am so disappointed with billing department. They contacted my insurance and I was confirmed my payment before office visit. After all I received the bill that was different from our discussion. Normally if you don't have insurance and pay out of your pocket the max is $150 for regular Mammogram screening but they charged me $644. And was difficult to contact them. They put me through 5 different peoples to get the right answer. I asked them to give me a break of the high balance but didn't work out after I have been with them for years. I told them I can't make total balance but I will committed to make partial monthly payments when I have money I will pay it off. We all agreed. I have been making the 2nd payment and Today I received a letter from the debt collector the amount I owed them. I felt like they just slapping my face. They didn't keep their words as we spoke. I am feeling very disrespectful from them and so disgusting. I will not come back to that place again so my in-law. I am sharing this with you and be aware of this.

I went to the Coral Springs location saw the doctor Dr Kauffman she prescribed the most expensive medicine I had to called them to asked them for a cheaper prescription. Got the prescription for coughing I never said to her that I was coughing. Called again the following day and nurse said do not take the medicine just get something over the counter. This was never explained to me. WORST experience never going back to that location.

My son had a simple rash and I went to Baptist Outpatient Center in Coral Springs in March. He saw an MD and they sent him home with a prescription in 5 mins for prednisone 5 day regimen. The bill I paid on spot was $179 for the visit. I later got another bill for $280 now in September.for what? No testing/X-ray was done. When I called they said that was payment for the Md and now this is payment for the facility! I feel so robbed. I have to pay or they will throw it on my credit! I've been to other Urgent Care centers and and it's one bill for $100/so.
There are many more Urgent Care Centers, I'm so sorry I chose this one!
Do not go there!
