Everyone at Mandarin Pediatrics is so kind and caring. We absolutely loved Dr. Rustin from the moment he visited our baby boy in the hospital. The care we receive is not only professional, it's personal. Our son is only a few weeks old and has only had a couple visits for his routine checkups, but we have already recommended Mandarin Pediatrics to a friend who is expecting! We are so happy with our choice and feel our son is very well taken care of.

The doctors and staff are absolutely amazing. We moved to Orange Park a few years ago but I refuse to go anywhere else. They make you feel like family and are very polite and professional. We love Mandarin Pediatrics and recommend them to everyone we know.

All of the providers are knowledgeable and extremely pleasant. Everyone is eager to answer any questions we have as parents. The care provided is evidence based- I know my babies are under great care at Mandarin Peds!

All the doctors are great! We found this group upon recommendation from a nurse friend because the office staff at our previous doctor had major issues. The office staff at Mandarin Peds is always helpful and friendly. They really set the tone of the office. Any doctor we have seen for my girl or boy has been great with both kids. You can tell they really enjoy working with kids. They listen to you and are very knowledgeable.

I have never had a bad experience here! The staff is always so friendly and helpful. We primarily see Robin, who is so gentle and good with our baby. But, we’ve seen several of the other doctors and they’ve all been wonderful. I’ve always been able to get an appointment when needed, no matter how short the notice. And the 24/7 nurse hotline has helped me so much. I have had to call in the middle of the night with a sick newborn and they walked me through everything and calmed my nerves. We love Mandarin Pediatrics!

Love this office. The staff is also amazing and we always have a pleasant experience. Our children have been coming here for 9 years and they enjoy the office as well as the Doctors. They are always able to fit us in the same day which is wonderful.

After loosing my pediatrician of 12 years due to early retirement I thought I will never find another doctor that my kids and I would love. We gave Mandarin pediatrics a try. And we love it! Dr. Buffington is a God given! He’s so competent, friendly, kind, funny and knows how to talk to kids and parents. He’s just that amazing! Staff is great as well! We’ve been going there for three years and have no complaints! Would recommend this office to anyone!

The office is very clean. Supportive staff is so friendly and very helpful. The drs all spend as much time with you as you need. Never feel rushed

Location is convenient, have a sick and well side so not to introduce kids to sick patients. Dr. Rustin is great!
