Barakat Restoration, Santa Rosa Beach FL

Like all other reviewers before me, we could not be happier with the remediation work done by Cameron and his team. Hurricane Sally destroyed our home and Barakat was there to assess, setup mold testing, demo, do full mold remediation, and itemize their work in a way that made the insurance filing easy. Nichole, the office manager, is very adept at dealing with insurance and she is a great point person to work with. Rick is also a gem - very personable and kind, helping to keep the mood light in a very trying situation. I would definitely use them again, but I pray I never have to. Ha!

Cameron and his team took excellent care of our vacation home when it it suffered severe mold damage. We live 12 hours away so had to rely on Barakat Restoration to handle the cleanup without us there in person. We're grateful for Barakat taking such great care of us during a difficult time. Highly recommend.

We used Barakat Restoration during the hurricane. Cam did a tremendous job locating all of the water damage and most importantly the mold damage that had resulted from flood waters and wind damage. I can't say enough on how pleased we were.

Not only did they do a great job in remediation, but He and his staff were there at a moment’s notice to clean up water damage after a pipe burst after remediation to ensure no mold came back. Barakat Restoration was a great find after Hurricane Michael. They helped us through the insurance process and recommended the right third-party testing that was needed to make sure the insurance company processed our claim without any questions. The water mitigation services were top notch. Though our house required an 80 percent tear out, the crews took the time to ensure fixtures/counters/and other items could be reused when we rebuilt saving tons of money during reconstruction. When they came back for mold mitigation of the property they did not disappoint. The wood framing of our house was as clean as the day it was built over 20 years ago. Mold testing found more spores outside then anywhere in the house.
I highly recommend Barakat and would not hesitate to call them in the future for water or mold mitigation.

Best service I have ever had in my life. I live in Alabama and have a condo in Florida, that was flooded. Mr. Barakat showed up with his crew and took care of everything. After he sent me several pictures and movies showing me everything that happened and what he did about it, I felt 1000% confident in his work. He thought about things that nobody else would think about it. Like the water accumulate behind the kitchen cabinets and baseboards, what could have created unseen mold. He met the insurance appraiser at my condo to show him everything in person. Trust me, you will never find a better service than Barakat Restoration.
