Barber Park, Orlando FL

My experience here was one for the books Jordan is a wonderful staff person and I appreciate the length he took to get me into my apartment and assure I was ok. Even went as far a to help me get a vehicle wonderful place recommended.

Honestly, I had low expectations for this complex. It was a quick and looking for what I need situation.

After moving in, this complex went above my expectations. The complex is quiet. Clean! Which is important to me.

Maintenance fixed my issues within a day or two. Very responsive!

Location is perfect for those who enjoy traveling and/or work in the hospitals.

Just recently renewed my lease. Love being a resident here. I felt welcomed from day one and love the community. It’s been a joy to be employed with Hawthorne.

The Move into barber park was a breeze because of the office person who was helping us. He answered all our questions on time and had availability no matter the time of day to make sure we had everything in line to move in. The community is very nice and quiet. (Jordan rose) keep being great

Amazing place! Looking to find my own place after I graduate in June. Will definitely be looking back later. Jordan and the office staff were very pleasant and welcoming.

Considering moving into Barber Park Apartments. The staff were all very friendly. I spoke with the new leasing attendant Jiovanna and she was exceptionally helpful, she was very thorough and very patient with all my questions and concerns. I’ll be inquiring about these apartments in the foreseeable future!

It's been a good experience living here at this community. The office and maintenance staff are awesome. It's a kid and pet friendly community. Just renewed my lease last month for 15 more months.

Jordan has been very kind every time that I have come in the office! Typically, I come in with my boyfriend who Jordan remembers by name! While I am not impressed with every aspect of living here, but when are we ever, I am always impressed by his customer service! He makes it flow, rather than forcing it! Thank you, Jordan!

Jiovanna was super helpful during the whole moving process. She went above and beyond to help me out in a such a time crunch which I really appreciated. Everyone has been helpful and warm. The building is nice— great amenities and location.

Spoke with Jimary regarding renting with Barber Park. I’m moving from out of town, looking at some options near the airport. She was a pleasure to speak with and very knowledgeable of the area. I will be looking into this community when I have a better timeframe.

Don't waste your money I'm not sure how this place have any good reviews. Terrible customer service, the manager Carmen Sullivan she's Terrible and liar, two months I have been waiting for administrative fees every time I go there is a different lies I'm tired of the lies I'm going to have to take them to court for the money
