11 TOLD TO ARRIVE AT 8 AM WHICH WE DID. SURGERY SCHEDULED FOR 1030 AM.
WASTED TWO HOURS IN WAITING ROOM WAITING TO BE CALLED INTO
CENTER. THEN WAITED ANOTHER 90 MINUETES AS DOCTOR HAD PROBLEM WITH SURGERY SCHEDULED BEFORE MINE.
RECEIVED PHONE CALL TWO DAYS EARLIER TO BE THERE AT 830 FOR 1000 SURGERY.
Every single person was friendly and professional. So refreshing to see a work environment where everyone seems happy to work there.
Staff was very patient and caring. Thank you for all you did and do as healthcare providers.

Everything went well except for the needle that was placed in my hand my hand is blowing up like a balloon and purple and the vein is blown out
Very clean, organized & wonderful people working there. I had my eye surgery there on Monday morning. Everyone was so nice, so helpful & so patient! If you're planning for surgery here- relax! They've got it all covered! They get all bases tagged in advance, all the paperwork in order. All you have to do is get there & back home to heal. It was my first ever general anesthesia experience and no bumps in the road, very little nausea. I'm a lightweight with medications & they listened! The hardest part is finding their office in the building.
