Very cozy place, I recommend Betzy she is very nice, cut my hair, and she did a great job, she did exactly what i need, I give her an A+.

I have been to this place twice now and both times have been a great experience! I had jackie my second time and will recommending her? She made me feel so welcome and knew exactly what i wanted, not only that but she recommended the best options for my hair to make sure it was healthy in the long run once i bleached it.she saved my hair! I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the experience I had at your salon. I recently came in to get my hair dyed and unfortunately, the end result was nothing like what I had envisioned. In fact, I would go as far as to say that my hair was completely ruined.

I showed the stylist a picture of what I wanted. However, the stylist completely disregarded my wishes and instead did whatever she felt like. As a result, my hair is now a completely different color and the style is completely unflattering.

What was even more disappointing was the fact that none of the other ladies who worked in the salon said anything to the stylist about the poor job she was doing. All of the ladies kept looking and said nothing. I felt completely ignored and disrespected as a customer. It was obvious that the stylist had no idea what she was doing, and yet no one spoke up to offer assistance or guidance. She was also in a rush to leave because she had to pick someone up at the airport.

As a paying customer, I expected much better service than what I received at your salon. I came in with high hopes and left feeling completely disappointed and unsatisfied.

Love love love everything about Bare Roots Salon! Juliana (the owner) has every detail of a salon experience covered to perfection. And, her love of her business and her customers comes through loud and clear every time I am at the salon. No one is able to cut and color my hair as Juliana does. I’m lost up in the Boston area during the summers! I highly recommend the salon, Juliana, and all of the other stylists! !

First time coming here and we loved it. Kayla and Breanne were super sweet & we loveddd the results. Can’t wait to go back!

Second time coming here for highlights and I have once again been very pleased! Beautifully decorated and clean salon! Sheela did wonderful full set of highlights on my first visit. Betsy was just as amazing doing my partial highlights today! I would highly recommend to anyone.

This was my first time at Bare Roots and I only went in for a maintenance trim and some layers, but the entire staff was so warm and welcoming upon my entry. I booked with Jennifer Daly and she was so kind, confident, and quick with her work. I truly felt like I was catching up with an old friend during the hour I spent with her. I’ll be returning when I’m due for another trim! I couldn’t be more pleased with the services offered and at such an affordable price point.

Jennifer is the best! Personable and super fun to talk to. I came in with some pictures of what I wanted done and she nailed it! I came in after not having a haircut for months and she did a great job. I’m so incredibly happy.

I was recommended this place and easily booked an appointment on line. Breanne was my fantastic stylist that knew exactly the perfect products for my hair! I am so pleased with everything.color, cut, and style! The salon was clean and very well organized. I give both Breanne and Bare Roots a 10 out of 10!

Went in 1/17/23 for new color and they are already up and running back full service after the hurricane! So awesome! I was styled by Breann who did a balayage and some red highlights, she did absolutely AMAZING! I also liked that she didn’t try to sell me on a bunch of hair products. Definitely a beautiful salon with talented stylists, I will absolutely be back!
