Wonderful experience at Bare Face Aesthetics! My skin looks and feels amazing! My aesthetician Tati is absolutely awesome!

I was very pleased with my experience at BareFace Aesthetics where I saw Nicole for a facial. There was a full consultation that took place prior. She considered my needs and my skin care goals when completing my facial. The service was relaxing and I felt I got very good recommendations to help improve my overall skin health. I’m looking forward to my next visit.

This was my 1st visit for a new client facial which was excellent but what I liked the most was how Nichole listened to my concerns and needs then put a plan in place. Most times no one listens to the client. I'm happy to start this new skin regime and can't wait too see what my skin looks like in a few months! Thank you

I made an appointment to see Nichole and she was more than sweet to meet with me. The office is beautiful and clean. I was offered water and she made the experience extremely pleasant. I 100% recommend to see her for your skin needs! A true skin master!

Made an appt for today (Friday) and was told yesterday that I need to move it to Saturday because Nichole wasn’t available. I moved some things around and agreed. Now this morning, I get a call saying that I would need to pay more for another service and couldn’t get the service I requested because they would need to go over product recommendations. Made me change my plans just to try and upsell me and cancel my appt.

Nichole is amazing! You can tell she is very knowledgeable and invested in making your skin looks it best! I have been with her for 6 months now and am not stopping anytime soon!

I booked an 8am appointment with Nichole for a facial a week or so in advance. I confirmed the appointment online through the automated confirmation link twice a few days before my appointment. The day before my appointment, I received a separate text message with directions to the shop from Nichole. She also mentioned she had later appointment times if I wanted something else. I told her I live in Port St. Lucie and have to work til 4, so I wouldn’t be able to do anything til after 4 or keep my 8am. She said that the latest appointment time she had was 11: 30am, so we agreed to keep my appointment time the same since the other times didn’t work for me. Come the day of my appointment, I drive the 50mins to Palm Beach and arrive to the location at about 7: 53.

I entered the shop at about 7: 56. I checked in with the receptionist, filled out my new client paperwork, and was ready to roll right at 8am. After about 11-12 mins at about 8: 12am I ask the receptionist how much longer to get started. She let me know the esthetician was running late and would take another 10-15mins, which meant an estimated arrival after 8: 30am and finishing the facial at almost 10am. I told the receptionist that would not work because I live an hour away and have to work. I was immediately confused because I spoke to Nichole the night before and thought we were on the same page. Nevertheless, this was an extremely frustrating situation and certainly unprofessional on the esthetician’s part. I have been getting facials religiously for 10yrs and never experienced such lack of consideration. I wasn’t even communicated with about the esthetician running late; I had to ask after sitting and waiting. I wanted to support a small business owner and found this shop online. I was really excited to visit based on the reviews.

The receptionist did apologize on Nichole’s behalf and called me after I left and offered to make things right. I considered it but in her voicemail she stated the appointment times were mixed up, which was a bit off putting for me. Unfortunately, I will not be coming back but appreciate the effort to try to remedy the situation. It probably would’ve had more weight if the esthetician reached out herself since she had done so the day prior.

I love going to Nichole for my personalized facial! It’s been almost 3 years and I can’t imagine going to anyone else. She & her staff are friendly and professional. Her love and expertise for healthy, radiant skin shows through on every visit. She is the BEST when it comes to skincare!

I received my first dermaplanning facial from Nichole after 3 years of being in California. Between Florida’s water and Nichole’s hands I’m extremely impressed. She’s knowledgeable and gave me helpful suggestions during my consultation. The staff, ambience, and Nichole’s experience on skin, is a reason why I went ahead and scheduled appointments for every 2 weeks. 10/10

Today I received a wonderful facial and great recommendations from Nichole at BareFace Aesthetics. She knows everything about skincare. My areas of concern were fully addressed. Very friendly staff and I had a wonderful time! The salon is lovely; I was extremely happy with the service l had. The whole experience was professional and relaxing.
