I cannot recommend Bargain Beds Mattress Outlet enough. My wife and I purchased a box spring/mattress set for a fantastic price and it was delivered within days, only because we could not accept it earlier. Once delivered, much to our embarrassment, we found we purchased the wrong size. Time pressed with guests coming into town we were given options quickly and the guests' visit was saved.

Super nice guy who was a great help in a pinch, to me that means a lot more than price, however the price was lower than anywhere else and the quality of the mattress and box are top notch.

James was amazing and extremely helpful! Needed to buy a new bed for my stepdad who was flying in from Hawaii. I spoke with another company (mattress firm) over the phone since I was in California at that time. They told me the bed I wanted was available and my sister could pick it up for me. So.my sister shows up and magically, the mattress I wanted is no longer there. They wanted her to choose another bed which was more expensive than the one I wanted. Jim was extremely helpful and patient with us. We had tons of questions and he answered them all! Jim knows his mattresses and he knows what his customers need. We walked in after calling and Jim said he'd be waiting for us. We walked in thinking we wanted a certain mattress but after Jim asked us certain questions like sleep positions and about our sleeping habits in general he let us know exactly which type of mattress would be the best for us. He let us try the one we had originally went in there to buy and he was right, it wasn't right for us. After that he showed us the one that best matched us and he got it right! We walked out with an affordable Stearns and Foster mattress that retails for over 2500 and for a fraction of the price! It was such a good deal. We had a great experience with bargain beds. James the owner waited late until we could arrive, and then let us take as much time as necessary to try out several mattresses before we picked the perfect one. Then personally delivered our mattress two days later, and even helped me take the old one out. We LOVE our new mattress! We will definitely be using James again, and suggesting him to others.

The best experience buying a mattress possible! James the owner is an awesome dude with loads of knowledge. Its hard to find customer service like this anywhere. I went in for a queen bed and left with a kind size bed nicer then any mattress I had looked at in other stores for a third of the price as any other store. I'll never go anywhere else for a mattress.
