Barnes & Noble, St. Augustine FL

I love bookstores. And while this one is nowhere near my home, we drive there just to browse and pick up a new book. It’s always well stocked and the employees are friendly and helpful.

Wide book selections. Quiet ambience and nice place to seat have coffee and select a good summer reading. Keeping health protocols. Very very good!

Friendly staff, great cafe drinks, and super fun board games that I can't seem to find in other stores! Always a fun trip!

Great place to hang out and relax, with fresh scones and coffee. Staffs are exceptional and friendly, and don't forget the books.so much to choose from.

I like them but they didn't have a book that was only 2 years old & couldn't even order it, very unusual for them. It was a book that they based that new show Big Sky on.

Well stocked, helpful staff. My only complaint is that it is so busy you have to wait quite a while to pay and check out.
I think an express lane for 1 or 2 items would help. Or not allowing people at the cash register to go back out for one more thing when they learned where it is at in the store.

Has a cafe and seating, clean and organized. Online shopping is easy but no substitute to having a hard book in your hands when you need it.

Wonderful book store with very friendly staff. The only thing I don't like is they don't have the computer stations for you to look things up. I guess not all thr locations have these.

I love book stores and can spend hours in this store. Huge selection to meet every need is a big plus. There are sitting areas and a Starbucks so there is no sense of rushing to get shopping done and to get out of the way.

I usually find the books I'm looking for. If I don't, the awesome booksellers help me order and /or hold books in the store when they arrive. The booksellers also offer to have orders sent directly to me.

One of my favorite places to visit. What is not to like about a book, a hot mocha, and pastry. A thumbs up to this location.

Had a business meeting in their cafe. I think it was Starbucks. Great coffee, friendly staff, nice atmosphere. Tables are little too small.

This place has a Starbucks in it and yet doesn't open until 9. Not only that the last time I came in they were training somebody with only one person to train that knew how to do the job. Very poorly run establishment but they do sell coffee.

Love this place it has Starbucks inside and outlets to charge devices very clean even bathrooms are clean and the staff is very nice.
