This store is well organized and the staff is always helpful. Also, who doesn't love the smell of books?

Love how this place smells like books and papper! And not insane amounts of cleaning products for the chemically sensitive, this place Gives you that nostalgic schoolastic book fair feel! Every single time! I'm addicted to coming back because the energy is clean!

I hope that stores like this remain open despite the retail crunch because I really enjoy the experience of being able to go in and look at books with my daughter.

Let me start by saying I hate Barnes & Noble. Back in the day there was a bookstore called Borders that my Dad and me would frequent. B&N bought them out and I absolutely despised them for it. I decided I wanted to look at some books and went into the store today for the first time ever. B&N selection also sucks but the reason you guys get 5 stars is because the customer service was out of this world. A lady named Jody helped me and was so nice and personable and she is the reason I gave you guys any money. I hope the store manager sees this and compliments her because she deserves it.

My recent experience at this Barnes & Noble store left me feeling somewhat disappointed. I visited the store to purchase a book, but upon inspection, I noticed that the inside of the dust jacket was bent and folded, which was quite off-putting. Considering the price of the book, I expected it to be in pristine condition with a clean and unbent dust jacket. I took the time to open several copies of the same book until I found one that met my expectations. I left the books in better condition than when I approached the table, so it is not like I left a mess for the store to deal with.

What bothered me most, however, was the interaction I had with one of the employees, an older woman. As I opened the books, she came over and asked me in a condescending tone "Can I help you? ". After I explained that I was searching for a book with an unbent dust jacket, the woman's tone and demeanor came across as disdainful, and she sighed loudly and walked away. This kind of treatment is not what I would expect from a store where I am spending a considerable amount of money on multiple books.

I appreciate the in-store experience and being able to browse the selection, but this encounter has made me reconsider future visits to this particular Barnes & Noble location. I can easily find books online for a more competitive price, and with a whole lot less attitude.

I hope Barnes & Noble takes this feedback into consideration and emphasizes the importance of providing excellent customer service. It's the small interactions that can make or break a shopping experience, and unfortunately, this time, it left me with a negative impression. I might explore other options for my future book purchases.

We were looking for a travel book to Turkey it was really an easy store a lot of good help to help you we found what we were looking for after the lady showed us where to find it and we will definitely go back again and yes there is a Starbucks inside the store very very nice thing to have

With toy stores becoming more and more uncommon, I was surprised by the size and qualities of their toy section here. Outside of Target/Wal-mart type stores Barnes & Noble might be one the biggest selections of toys. Just not something I would have thought for my toddler till coming across it.

Store has been updated beautiful! They offer a new rewards program, come and try it out! Zero membership fees. Cappuccino from their Starbucks coffee shop was excellent!

If you are a Barnes & Noble patron, this is the place for you. We stopped in to buy very specific books. Noticed there is a nice selection. Bought more than we intended. Knowledgeable and helpful staff.

Very nice location complete with a Cafe and seating to read. Lots of neat gift ideas and tons of literature!

It’s been a long time since I’ve been to a B&N. I’d forgotten Hour fun they were. Still spendy. Haven’t forgotten that though.

If you haven't been to Barnes & Noble in a while, you really should go in and check it out. It is a new concept and under new ownership, is moving forward with a great selection of books, but more than that, they have a huge assortment fun games, puzzles, educational toys, games, and books, plus so much more. Check out the new Barnes & Noble, you won't be disappointed.

Love this store! We visit frequently with our sons, and we all enjoy the variety of material. It makes for a nice family outing. March 2023
