It's a book store, the end!

Love getting lost in here. Even with the size, the store feels cozy.

They only had one person behind the coffee counter. We waited 7 minutes and gave up after the line never moved.

I love this Barnes & Nobles. My friends and I always make it a part of our routine when we visit PG. Today we decided to go in and browse around. Was with a friend of mine checking around, until I opened a book that I noticed was a misprint. The book itself, was printed upside down and did not match the orientation of the outside cover. After comparing it with others and talking about it with my friend, aloud. I said I would give the book to an employee if they deem it necessary to remove it. After noticing a plain clothed women wearing a Barnes & Noble lanyard, I walked to her and mentioned that I had found a misprinted book. She glanced over to me and said, "You do realize I've been standing here the whole time and heard everything you said, right? ". To which I responded, "Okay, so do you want the book or do you want me to put it back". She replied with in a snarky attitude, "you can put it back, if you want. " Didn't realize that reporting a misprinted book was reasons to get some attitude from someone. I'm sure Barnes & Nobles would like to not sell misprinted books. If it wasn't a big deal, you could have said it better. You know who you are.

Had a technical problem with my nook. The young man who assisted me was excellent, patient tech savvy and was able to resolve issue.

One of the employees assisted me in finding a book but the cashier was rude and not welcoming.in fact she didnt say anything to me at all except "your total is. "!

It's a great place they pretty much have every book you need, kids books and puzzles games for kids, book readings, the employees are pretty nice it's just one thing that I don't like it is sometimes the register get backed up and they only have one person working the register other than that awesome.

I Love this Barnes & Noble! They have a great variety of products and I love studying for school at the Starbucks.

Very nice store. Lots of options book wise, very clean and orderly. Has a children book area as well. The coffee shop was good as well.

Great store just be careful with the pricing some of the items actually cost cheaper on their own website so the pricing varies from the store

They are getting cluttered with so many non book related items they are losing their focus. I will start ordering all books online.

Went to the location by Rowan University. Has a great selection of non-college related reading material.

Beautiful place to go with your kids. Tons of books, games and even a huge kids corner.and a Starbucks inside for all. Love it!

Excellent place to read a book, drink coffee and take kids to read. My son love their kids zone. Keep it up.

Looking for a book my daughter needed for school. The customer service rep could not locate it in the store but was able find a location close by that had and put it on hold for me to pick up

The best. I loved it, I challenge you to go in and not buy something, they have lots more than books.

This store has successfully achieved their goal of being a cosy but educational space to browse, research, do homework or projects, or even shop. Friendly accessible service and wide selection of content to choose from.

They have books of any genre any kind I recommend for people who want to find good books to go there

I would give 5 stars because I love this place until now, I come looking for a book that is listed in their web page but when I got to the store they could not find it, after while I was told that it was sold out, but the book still listed. Why they don't put sold out! On the web page.

Nice location and my young daughters love to go into the secluded area for children and look at the books and toys

Great selection of novels, but it's not as organized as other Barnes and Noble book stores. In the school workbook section, there were not a lot of books for students in high school, only for students in primary grades and middle school. However, customer is great and it has a good atmosphere.
