Always have loved the atmosphere and the great deals on so many amazing books and gifts. One of my few favorite places.

Also, I love that they have a whole section of Spanish books that will make an awesome gift for my Auntie?

The staff in this barnes and noble is awesome, they are always willing to help. Is sad that most of the people prefer to buy online and not come to the stores. If you do not find your book, you can order it and in 3 or 4 days you will get it.

The BEST bookstore around! You find everything you need and the staff is knowledgeable also. The Starbucks Cafe is a plus.

Great book store with a Starbucks.it has 2 levels with books for every interests. Great customer service.you could spend hours in there.easily lose track of time.

Great selection of books and games, nice clean and organized travels 30mins to check it out and loved spent about two hours in the store

L love this store, so relaxing, found a book I like, read other book jaket while drinking my coffee. Nice staff and very helpful. I have taken my kids to this place many times, they love it as well.

Worst phone customer service. I called and was on hold for 45 minutes and someone picked up and handed the phone to someone else and someone else picked up 10 min after said hello and hung up.

Great place to find almost any book you're looking for and you can have some coffee at the coffee shop they sell Starbucks coffee. It's a great place to also check out the book before you buy it lots of sitting area and very helpful staff.

Terrible Last time I was there I put something down and someone took it time before that someone keyed my car

Great place, things seem in order, cashier tried to encourage me to buy another book that was apperently better then the one I purchased, good guy。

Incredibly large selection of books, friendly staff not only pointed me to the section I was looking for, but escorted me there while inquiring about my purchase and making helpful suggestions about similar books to what I was currently reading. The cashier was a bit too pushy in trying to get me to get a membership, though, and that put me off a bit, but overall a great place.

Great selection of not just books, but music (CDs and Vinyls), Movies (DVDS and Blu-rays), and collectibles. Great location. Located next to Kendall Village movie theater so great place to check out if you show up to a movie early and want to kill time before the movie starts.

Parking can be difficult. This is a popular spot in the Starbucks Cafe. Helpful and friendly staff. Great selection of books and related items.

Always a pleasure to buy there. Great service, but sometimes (well, frequently) only one register and a long line.

I took my daughter and nieces after dinner. We could never find someone to help us and had to walk all around the store looking for help. The books are pricey as I could have gotten all of the books for $6-$8 less on Amazon. They have an awards program that you have to pay an annual fee to participate in. I told the cashier that I didn't want to get awards by paying for it as that is simply ridiculous.
