It's hard to know what to do with the things you no longer need or want. Sometimes it's easier to sell a past treasured item than to throw it away, donate it or give it away.
That's where Fran Miller came in. Her advice and direction made my dilemma easier to handle.
She is no nonsense, efficient and very professional. Just what I needed.

I have been attending sales by Mrs. Baron and her Husband Henry for many years. Whenever I leave them a message about a sale they get back to me immediately. I am happy to wait in line, sometimes an hour or more, in the mosquito infested heat of South Florida knowing once inside there will be great deals for both the owners and astute buyers. I have seen Mrs. Baron mediate disputes between customers professionally and courteously. Henry Baron is always there to help carry heavy furniture to a buyer's vehicle. Almost everything is always priced, often thousands of items. I do not know how she does it! Baron is in the top three or four of Estate Sale companies in South Florida. With so many sales companies popping up every day, stick with the top few who have a proven track record.

Fran and her team did an excellent job running the Estate Sale for my late Mother's home (Mom lived 50+ years in the house). We were quite overwhelmed with the sheer volume of items, but Fran eased all of our worries and exceeded our expectations. Her team swooped in and priced and organized the event in record time. I really liked and appreciated Fran's low-key, calm, can-do demeanor. She is also very fair. She knew the value of items, and had access to the buyers who could appreciate what my mother had collected over the decades. Further, her team was respectful, knowledgeable and professional.

Baron Estate Sales, spearheaded by Fran, delivered on all that was promised, and for that we are very grateful. We were very satisfied with the results, and would recommend this company wholeheartedly.

I would give zero stars if I could. I was enquiring about a pair of chairs I had seen on the website for an upcoming sale. I spoke with a woman name FRAN MILLER via email who strung me along for over a week and a half telling me she would let me know the price of the aforementioned chairs, that there would be prices the week of the sale and she would let me know. Monday came I emailed her, still “no prices”, the day before the sale, no prices… odd. I asked about the chairs the day of the sale and she just writes me back “chairs sold. ” why string me along? Why not be forth coming or tell me that I need to show up to the sale? Why do people have no integrity, honesty or work ethic anymore?

I can't say enough about Baron Estate Sales! Fran and her team are amazing and so helpful. I have been able to refurnish parts of my home because of the incredible quality of furniture at these sales. I have also been able find tools and other items that I was looking for and at times not looking for! Looking forward to the next great sale for some wonderful finds!

Finally made it to one of the Baron Estate sales this weekend! I couldn’t be happier with my purchase! Thank you Fran and staff for helping h me find the items I was looking for and for helping me get things in my car! I hope to make it to another sale soon!

My husband and I have been to many of the sales for years now and have always found
a wide offering of very unique and interesting items and pieces of art too.
He searches tools and such and me everything else. Never had any issues and was always excited to see what was in the next rooms. Never been pressured and have enjoyed our
visits and items we have procured from these sales or gifted to friends.
Look forward to the next estate sale to find something interesting or unique.

I traveled 45 minutes and arrived 2 hours early to find that the items that i came for were not even there! There were several photos but when i asked about the items the employees acted like they knew nothing! No explanation. No apology.

Frans and her team are very professional! I always go to her sales and will continue to go, not only do I go but I bring friends and highly recommend her!

I was very much looking forward to estate sale shopping until I encountered baron estate sales. Customer service is so awful I don’t think I’ll ever be a customer.
After getting the confirmation from an employee that the plant I was interested in was for sale, she offered to put it to the side for me while I continued shopping. I then found chairs I was interested in and was told by another employee it would be $15 for the chairs but to pay the lady inside. After I gathered the plant and chairs to pay the lady. The lady snatched the plant out of my hand and basically scolded me for finding it after she “purposely hid it”. I apologized for the misunderstanding and attempted to explain. I tried giving her $15 for the chairs but the lady said it was $20. I again, tried to explain that I received a lower quote from the employee outside. She then said, and I quote. ” I don’t care what she told you, she works for me. She doesn’t know what she’s doing. ”
The lady, I have come to learn is the founder and President, Fran Miller. Very disappointed to say the least.

Fran Miller is awesome! Professional, knowledgeable, honest, easy to work with. I sell real estate and highly recommend her to all my clients and they are always very pleased and thank me profusely. She is the most trustworthy in the estate sale business!

Fran sold my parents estate after my mother passed. It made the process of clearing the house much easier and less painful. She oversaw the sale herself. I never felt cheated during the process. This was over a year ago and I am writing this because I saw the negative reviews and wanted to share my very positive experience.

Fran and Henry took expensive handbags and will not return them or pay us for them. They have blocked our calls. Fran did not pay us for items sold in our estate sale. We will see her in court.

I have been a customer of Baron Estates/Fran for at least 8 years. The business itself is hard because you want to keep the customers happy and the clients happy. Some of these negative reviews here are so incredibly unfair and misleadding. My husband and I go to estate sales from other companies and at times we are unhappy about something but at the end of the day understand that it is a difficult task to keep everyone happy in this business. Fran has always been up front with us as customers and when we reach out to her with questions is always very receptive which we have not found in many others. The sales she is entrusted with are the top of the line which is indicative of her reputation and expertise. There is always going to be a disgruntled side. The clients often demand an unrealistic price and at times the customer are unhappy because they did not get the price they wanted I strongly recommend Baron Estates/Fran for sales both as a client and a customer

My family likes to go to Ms Baron's sales because she treats us so good. Prices are fair and everyone so nice.

I have been buying from Baron Estate Sales for many years. Every thing that I buy is for my own use so I am very particular about the items I purchase. The prices are always fair if I buy a couch or a potted plant. The people that work for her are great to deal with and I have gotten to know them very well.
