I was very pleased with Barry's attention to all my needs during the sale of my condominium. I always felt he enjoyed helping with all aspects of what it takes to sell your property. This was a rental and I do not live close by. So there were things that he stepped up to the plate and took care of for me in my absence.
I chose Barry because he sent out a newsletter informing people in my condominium about the market and what had sold etc. I thought someone who takes the time to do that shows me a person with a real work ethic. That is definitely what you will get with Barry. As a bonus he is friendly, good personality and very easy to work with! He would be my go to for any future real estate needs.
