They were too expensive on the trailer hitch I needed! They were $147.36 higher than the Hitch House & their information was all wrong of the trailer hitch I needed!

I trailer my Boston whaler to florida from Michigan each year. My marina on Siesta cannot store my trailer. A fellow boater suggested Barry Trailers. I took my trailer there to store and asked the very helpful lady at the counter if I could get s couple of things on my trailer repaired and adjusted while it was there for storage. They not only fixed the problems but up graded the faulty parts. The work was completed very promptly. The charges were very reasonable. At the end of my storage period they checked all the lites and tires and tied down my boat properly and hooked the trailer to my car. I was very impress with the quality and promptness of the service. I definitely recommend this place. I will be back next year.

Barry’s trailers came Highly recommended by an employee at a near by marina. I was not disappointed. I was greeted by A friendly mechanic as I walked up. He directed me inside to the service desk. The were very helpful with a smile. Even though they were very busy. They happened to have the right trailer for my boat in stock. But said they could have had one 2 week quicker than anyone else that I spoke to.

This place is a joke and doesn't care about the customers needs or concerns. They only care about their profits. Do not waste your time or money with them.

Always the "go to" place for anything trailer related. In the unlikely event they don't have what you are looking for, they will point you in the right direction. Fair prices, great service!

They were honest and sold me what I needed and no more than that. Priced lower than most as well. Great service. I highly recomend them.

Generally not that great of service. They told us that our hitch would be ready in 45 minutes, but we were there for over an hour, making me late for work.

Fair price but seem to be suffering from " being in business so long we don't have to worry about customer service". Told 1 hr 30 min for install of hitch. 2 hr 15min of me sitting on concrete patio I check to see what is wrong and it is still on ramps and installer had moved on to next job. I ask who is working on mine and he says "that's been done. ". I had to pull it off ramps because he was too busy working on next job. I can't help but wonder how long I would have been sitting there had I not come and asked.

They had a decent price on a new continental boat trailer, went to look at it, one of the bunks was warped, fender was dinged and slightly bent. Asked about the warped bunk and the guy didn't seem to care. Later I said can't come to terms with buying something brand new in this condition, they said OK we will replace the bunk. I said thanks, call me when it's ready - that was two weeks ago, never heard from them and judging from their general attitude that's about what I expected. Went down the road and ordered a custom built trailer for about $100 more. I don't understand how you can have a level of service this low, if they don't care this much when you buy a new trailer I wonder how they will handle service down the road?

Got a fair price on a new dump trailer. Went In a few months later to have my brakes looked at on another trailer and was told by Brad that i needed new brakes. Total was around $900 before tax. He was not very friendly and almost acted like he was going to do me a favor by agreeing to perform the service on a specific date as opposed to me leaving my trailer for many days to be worked on at his leisure. The same day I went underneath my trailer to find 3 of the 4 sets of wires travelling to my brakes were clearly disconnected. I have no knowledge about trailers or brakes and i noticed the problem roughly 6 seconds after my inspection. Brad got completly underneath my trailer to inspect the brakes and gave the diagnosis of the brakes needing to be replaced so was Brad attempting to rip me off? Or is he so incompetent that he didnt see the disconnected wires literally inches from the brakes themselves. I fixed the brakes myself in about 10 minutes. No thanks Brad. Maybe you'll get the next customer.

I bought a 14x7 Dumpster and a defective coupling piece dropped with my truck moving and damaged my car. I almost had an accident. The dumpster has warranty. They tested and verified the problem. They do not pay me for the damages and do not take responsibility for the damages. After 2 months trying to sort things out, they did not want to and I'm going to Court. I did not like the way they treat customers. They sell and then give no guarantee.

Horrible service! Awfully rude when answering phones, don't give warranty on things they sell, and refuse to fix things when something breaks. Don't recommend buying anything with them.

I went in this morning, was helped immediately, approved for financing, and was out in a little over an hour of walking in to look! Very nice people and I will return for any of my trailer needs.

Do not recommend! After buying two trailers there, one of those trailers came with a damaged piece that got loose not 6 months after buying it and the trailer hit my truck.my car was damaged, and all this happened about a month ago. They said they would pay to get my car fixed and the inconvenience would be resolved, but after all this time, all they ever tell is to be patient and that they can’t do anything about it! When they sold me a damaged piece that broke my car and almost caused a horrible car accident. They are not taking responsibility for the damage, and keep pushing it to other companies and their name is on the receipt. Really don’t recommend, because of the way they treat their customers when something that is their fault goes wrong.

Amazing prices for the Continental 2685 that I needed. Plus I have bought axels and parts in the past Berry's was by far the best price. Great work in my experiences.
