I went 2 days in a row because I was pregnant, having abdominal pain, and a discharge. I was told me both times that everything was fine with the baby and that I needed to follow up with my obstetrician. Went as an emergency appt to my obstetrician who advised me to go to Winter Haven Hospital because something isn't right. The whole time I had an infection, my baby's leg was outside of my cervix, and ended up having a miscarriage. The hospital never even mentioned and infection and the nurse that did my ultrasound LIED and said that I refused a vaginal ultrasound. I never refused. I explained to her my nervousness from my first miscarriage. She ended up telling me that a vaginal ultrasound wasn't necessary because the provider can see the baby with only the stomach. Worse service ever and completely traumatized.

Do not come here for a child who has a suspected broken bone. Brought my son in with a hurt foot. They took X-rays and told us no break. And they couldn’t treat him regardless because they don’t have anything for kids. The NP told us he could walk and gaslighted our son that he wasn’t in pain. We took him to an orthopedic dr for a second opinion and he had broke his foot in 3 places! And they used the same X-rays. Clear breaks. I would not recommend bringing any child here.

The ladies working were all very nice and helpful. Elizabeth, Lyn and Milley (US Techs), and Yami (X-ray). Wonderful ladies. Very pleasant experience.

The nurse came in and gave me and IV and put me on fluids with no doctors orders then acted confused on why the IV was in my arm to begin with. After leaving the facility for the next week due to her blowing a vein or missing the other fluids that we’re meant to flush me she flushed it into my right elbow and now my entire arm is swollen and bruised

Sandra was very pleasant at the desk of radiology and Ann was great doing my renal ultrasound.

Sandra the RN in Radiology was very helpful and pleasant. She was even able to get me an appointment with a gastroenterologist in Lakeland that I had left 3 messages with but no return calls.

I was sent there for an out patient X-ray of the knees by my doctor the same day as my appointment. The hospital is well landscaped and clean. The security officer was kind and gentle revising the contents of my purse.she immediately directed me to the correct counter and I was directed to the outpatient service offices and was immediately checked in for my X-rays. The very polite and courteous radiology team of Trish and Sandra RN took me in immediately. These ladies are a GEM! I really value their kindness, understanding and making me feel comfortable in a hospital setting. Keep up the GREAT work ladies.

Thank you for this opportunity to express my thanks to the Bartow Therapy Center. The therapists at Bartow Regional Medical Center are professionals and are super supportive and friendly. I received therapy instruction and encouragement from Lynda, Bryan Andrea for a broken fibula and an arthritis knee and Krystal for a broken arm. I would highly recommend this office and and therapists. Also the secretary Andera is very helpful and always friendly. Elizabeth Bruce

I went in and was asked how I felt and if I felt good enough to go back to work. There were no ex-rays or tests done on me to see why I felt the way I did or why I was throwing up. I wasn't even given an Antibiotic to help with the upper respiratory issue I was having. I am still sick, with the same symtums.

Everyone was kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Dr. Garas did a great job of keeping me informed and I appreciated that I saw him before and after my procedure. He is a very kind and compassionate doctor. The staff was very attentive to my needs and I was most grateful for their kindness.

There was absolutely no professionalism! I hope I will never have to come back to this place. The doctor was absolutely disgusting.

I’ve had a lot of bad hospital experiences. It seems like they get worse by the day. I’m to angry to go into details why my visit was so awful. The staff who checked me in were great. Very nice, welcoming, answered any questions I had. But once I got into a room, it was all downhill from there.

Best experience I have had at BMH ever. From check in, triage, nurses and providers. 10 out of 10

The staff here is rude and disgusting. Doctors are worse. I highly suspect they are on something. Seems like uneducated kids were hired here from the streets.

Everyone was really great I cannot express that enough. The doctors were excellent and all of the staff were above and beyond. This is where I will be going from now on. I give my experience 5 stars across the board.

Jeron assisted me to ultrasound, which was extremely helpful. Lyn did such an amazing job making me feel comfortable and relaxed during my ultrasound. She truly made the experience great!

Staff were friendly, caring, and welcoming. From check in to discharge I felt appreciated and welcome. I had knee surgery that was planned and successful.
