I definitely found out why she drives a new 100k plus escalade. This company has no morals at all. She keeps all of your deposits (first, last, and security) then has collections on you for thousands more on a 1400 a month home. Not to mention, continues to collect $100 application fees for weeks after home is off market. Looks like all her family and friends gave her 5 stars on the reviews and all her business clients give her 1 star. Good job Julia. Keep up the hard work. I hope you have a blessed week!

Basora Investment Group has done a superior job in managing multiple properties for me. They regularly inspect properties, keeping them in excellent condition with low vacancy rate. They deserve a 5 star rating!

BEWARE renting from this management company. They refused to make sure the AC unit and vents were clear of mold and/or mildew that we wanted to rent annually. A new roof was being put on so it did have some kind of hurricane damage. They said it is the renters responsibility. Nope, poor judgement on their part!

It was a pleasure working with Julia on the sale of my home. As this was my first home I was extremely anxious about the thought of selling. Julia made everything so easy.
