Excellent services for any animal! I even got to see an animal handler walking a rescue dog! Beautiful care!

I had a great first experience here with my furry family member, they were easy to book, staff was very friendly and thd establishment was clean and no orders. The price is also below average compaired to others in the area with tons of additional add one like 1: 1 time, and grooming options also. I liked it so much do booked another stay for the holidays. I feel my furry family member is safe here.

My parents used this place when it was Bass Pet Motel. I have taken my dogs three times, and I’ve been impressed every time.

Staff is very friendly and seem to really enjoy being with the pets. The dogs seem very happy when they are dropped off. Even my little grumpy dog doesn't mind going for a few days.

We had a medical emergency while in Orlando and Bass Pet Resort accommodated our rapidly changing schedule and plans. The exit bath was great for our pup as we had a 7 hour ride home in the truck!

I have always used bass pet resort for boarding my two dogs when I go away; they were recently there for boarding and grooming for 11 days because my wife was in the hospital. With add on report cards and post cards I’m updated as to their daily activity

Bass Pet Resort & Spa is and has been wonderful for our cat and our daughter’s cat. We are locals and it is great to have them there for us. We went on a two week vacation and we were able to drop off our cats for boarding. The whole staff is so professional, friendly, considerate, and compassionate. We can’t thank them enough. We appreciate them so much.
