But that's also likely due to the decline and closure of the main mall portion with the current owners not drawing nearly the amount of clients it previously had.
Staff is few and far between so expect to wait quite some time for help.

Just stood around for 30 mins waiting to be helped while 2 counter employees were having a love story with another customer.you dont want my business.

Very disappointed in the customer service at the customer service desk. I'll just keep my money.

The store lacks enthusiasm. As a club member you don't get much respect after the tens of thousand dollars I put through my club credit card. Looking to make a 10 to $15,000 purchase on a UTV today and nobody seemed to want to help or offer any advice about what was available, what wasn't available, what is offered in the circular for sale, etc. There were a few people in small offices near the power equipment but no one ever picked their head up to look or say hello. It's a long drive so this is a disappointing trip. As a last ditch effort I mentioned it to the sales associate but he never suggested that he contacted somebody or offer me additional assistance either. The store is so big the overhead must be beyond what normal people can imagine yet I was able to walk out of here without being acknowledged. Shame on you guys.

Just purchased a bolt action rifle, however the experience was quite bad. First off had to stand around and waited to even be asked for help while three employees stood around before asking if I needed anything. The guy Justin did not seem to care nor know any answers to my question. I asked if they had any. 308 in a 22inch barrel and he wasn’t sure. I asked what the barrel length was and he only said “no idea”. He then gave me the display model not till I got home in better lighting I noticed marks and gouges on the scope

My review is based on the bass pro card or club membership. Unless you download a bank app and put your personal information in you will have to drive to this location to make a payment. Also they only take cash. Also it’s in the heart of tourism land and bass pro itself does not possess an ATM. I had to drive an hour then pay four dollars at a regions bank four miles away. Just to make a payment. Incredibly inconvenient. ALSO A Fraudulent CHARge on my card, can’t dispute in store have to call capital one. What a joke!

Went there to see Santa the boys love going to see Santa and get knick knacks and stuff every year. This time we ran into santa in the store after the Santa parade and they had a little one on one time with him.
