Friendly staff. Offered a scavenger hunt to my daughter. We had fun doing it. Clean, well lit, well stocked.

The big fish tank in the back is always good for entertaining kids. Today they had a small swimming pool stocked with fish for the kids to catch and release. Lots of high dollar brand-name sports equipment and clothing. Some cutesy home decorating items and a few sports related toys. If you don't find something in your price range here, Walmart is next door.

Alan in the fishing department was so helpful. You could tell he just genuinely wanted to help me find the right products. He had great advice about what I needed and he seamlessly helped other guests while still paying attention to everyone in his department.

This is a decent store. Tons of stuff, lots of nice fish. Always very clean bathrooms, at least until I got done with them.

Suggested to sing up for a reward card to purchase more ammo. As I signed up for the "reward" card noticed it looked like a credit card application. I asked the service woman if this was going to add a hard inquiry to my report, she said "no, it is a soft inquiry". Now my credit score has been hit, and hit hard. I do not recommend signing up for the reward card. They are misleading. Ask a friend and they said the same to him, he, smartly did not sign up. Don't do it. Bad customer service representative.

Very poor experience. No help in either of the two departments where I needed it. Store had only 1 of the item I wanted in stock & it was wrong size.

Great help from service desk but manager not so much. Had a redhead set of boots separating from the sole and offered little help. Not what I expected. Manager was dissapointing.

I purchased the boat here and have all the service/repair work done here. Randy is very knowledgeable and works quickly!

Showed up at 7: 52 and needed to run in to grab ear protection. Was met at the store by a manager saying they close in 3 minutes. I said well it’s actually 8 but okay. Spend your money at local sporting good stores that actually appreciate your business.

I went in to look at shotguns probably going to buy an O/U for skeet. The man at the counter was really awkward right off the bat. And then the awkwardness just turned into silence. He literally would just sit there and stare at me not willing to continue the conversation about certain firearms. At that point I decided I wasn’t going to buy anything there. On the bright side the other clerk at the counter seemed liked a normal dude when I talked to him.

I have bought two 3 boats from this outstanding facility. I am always able to get them serviced efficiently and timely. The mechanics are top notch and the parts department is excellent. They even washed my boat the last time I was there. I appreciate the sales staff not pressuring me while answering all of my questions promptly. I reccomend taking boats in for service during the off season.now.so as to avoid wait times encountered in spring. I am currently looking at their new tracker UTV after their acquisition of Textron. I do wish the website provided more information on their products.especially the new Tracker UTV
