Awesome store. Super friendly staff. The restaurant is incredible. Try the alligator - it’s delicious. Ask for Bryan as your sever - he is great.

Unfortunately, though I love bass pro normally, they seem to have changed their customer service for the worst. They had multiple customers and only one person to help when my membership card suddenly stopped working. They were out of feeders, several deer stands, 308 Ammo and more. Drove a long way for one stop shopping and unfortunately, they didn’t have half what I needed in stock. Very unexpectedly disappointed.

What an amazing black Friday sale. And it is a fun store to walk around and see all the neat stuff they have.

Always fun to visit! More expensive than most places but you can find good deals on the right days.

Nice place. Clean and was able to figure out and find what I was looking for. Pricing however is high for something not of quality. Only left place to shop so now you have no choice.

I was totally amazed when I first walked in. This place is fantastic. I've never seen a store this nice and elegant. It's luxurious with an awesome layout. The staff are very friendly and professional. I love their selection of firearms and such. Just a really really cool place to shop.

Very disappointed in the overall quality of a rifle sling that was purchased there.leather military sling that was poorly riveted both in alignment an the riveting itself.the brand is Redhead.before you buy, inspect it closely.

We took the Grandkids to see Santa today. What a great experience. Santa and all his helpers were amazing. We've made it a tradition the last four years. This was the first year at Brandon. We will be coming back here for sure. The staff was so friendly and Santa took the time with the kids, all 4. Ages 2months, 2,4 and 4. Christmas spirit not just a quick paced photo op.

I enjoy going to Bass Pro I don't hunt or fish you can always find some very interesting things also gifts for my sons who do hunt and fish

I have never had experience at bass pro shop. Staff is always friendly and willing to help. They love children! Always clean restrooms. I usually spend about 2 and a half hours here. Do sign up for emails and you will be first to know when they have activities for adults and children. Parking is always free. Don't forget to get your free photo with Santa.

To far away for us to return. Need to build more big bass pro shops. We.love this place. So much to see

This is the best place to go for camping, hunting, fishing and hiking gear. It’s also just an overall good time. Staff is friendly and helpful and the supplies seem endless! This is my favorite place to shop for anything that I need for the outdoors.

Amazing place.it's a great place just to walk around. Many things are overpriced, but they did have some clearance items which were fairly priced. Regardless, there are so many cool things to find and check out in this store. I highly recommend stopping in if you find yourself nearby.

We took our 4 and half year old son for the Santa workshop tonight, and to see Santa. We got there about 6: 15 and was surprised that there was not a line to see Santa. Luke was 1st in line at that moment, and his reaction was Awesome, he touched his beard to make sure it was Real. So sweet. Great Santa! It was a great time, free coloring project's with an Art bag (backpack) and several paper's to choose from to color for boy's or girl's. He was more attracted to the Kinetic sand play area (dirt box) then most anything else, but he played with the remote Monster Truck's on display, Employee "Stacy" was a nice young man who was very observant and made sure Luke got his turn to try the toy out, as we stood a few minute's waiting. We spent 45 minute's at the fish tank, he really enjoyed that. I even met a new friend there, as my son and her daughter bonded playing together starting at the Coloring station, and then we followed each other to the dirt, then the fish tank. It was GREAT TRIP. We will go back very soon! He really enjoyed this trip, Great job on being kid friendly, Employee friendly in ALL area's of the store, and Super clean!

Best store I visit ever. Got everything I need plus everything over it. Next time me in Florida- I come again.

Great place to go and shop. Tons of good outdoor gear and great stuff. The best part of this one had been the staff. They are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Always willing to spend time with the customer!
