Bath & Body Works, Oviedo FL

During my one and only visit to the store, there was a staff member outside regulating the entrance and sweetly informing customers to keep 6 ft social distance. I was impressed with their COVID protocols. This was Jun 2021. When it was my turn to enter, I maneuvered through their narrow aisles avoiding the ones with a person already in it. I was searching for a certain hand soap. However, in just the few minutes I was there, four or five people would brush past me while I browsed. I felt trapped (and betrayed) in a narrow maze. It's one thing if other customers disregarded distancing, but staff did it too. The former were just disrespectful while the latter was hypocritical. I didn't buy anything and left before any more people could bump into me.

Literally the only store left in the mall worth going into. The gals working there are always welcoming, friendly and super helpful. I asked for something I didn't see on the shelf. The kind employee said what I wanted wasn't in season anymore, but she'd check. And low and behold, she found just what I wanted in the back room. I couldn't be happier. I always leave with what I want and more!

Always had a great experience with this store and recently went in for a birthday present for my daughter. The salesperson whose name was Sharon was really rude to me! I saw her snap at several of the other salespeople, and even purposely run into one and knock her into a table full of merchandise!
I can't believe this company would tolerate that behavior! I left without purchasing and will NEVER again go in there if I see that horrible person.

My wife went in to buy her candles and fragrances for the house. This place smells so good every time we walk in this place. It is inside the Oviedo Mall. She was able to buy what she want it. A bunch of candles and a beautiful candle holder. For a 3 Wick candle. I let her buy what you want. Happy wife happy life. The girls here working. We're very helpful oh, and helping my wife find what you needed. We goofed a little bit and laugh. Money Was No Object. It's one of the favorite things my wife loves to do thank you. Gilby auto mall with a little bit busy. But that's a good thing. Business is starting to thrive again. And I'm glad that things are getting back so little bit normal. I still wear my mask. And Kudos on everyone who worked at. Thank you for your assistance and your patience. And I know you tried too hardest to find things but my wife requested. I know certain items are seasonal items. And you still try to find them for her. Thank you again I'll see you in the next two weeks.

They've been discontinuing favorite fragrances for frutier smells. Not everyone wants to smell fruity. Why discontinue good selling fragrances? Their mid year sale didn't live up to prior mid-year offers. The selection was very limited. They didn't bring back good sellers like before. Their focus was more on their new coconut scents.

Heather was so lovely and was a great help. Would definitely go to this location over the others.

I’ve been here plenty of times and it’s been really great. The past couple of times I’ve gone, there has been one employee in particular that has been rude to me each visit. She gave me attitude and made me uncomfortable every time she called me sweetie. It was just how she said it that gave me the heebie-jeebies. She was rude to other employees as well as myself.

I went in the store with the intention to purchase, but she was to pushy for my liking and it just ran me out the door.: (

Thus is a good place. However the Oviedo. Mall is not a mall. Looks more like a flea market. Very unconfortable, nothing to see or to buy there.

It was very clean and not picked through like some of the other locations I've been to. Everyone was very helpful as usual.

Wow the lady's are so beautiful and so helpful I walk in and left out with a super big bag full of stuff

Love the store overall. Just uncomfortable seeing managers embarrass the employees in front of customers. That should be behind the scenes, it’s unprofessional. Thought I should call it out.

Located inside the Oviedo Mall, I love this location because it is much calmer and more organized than the Florida Mall location. They had plenty of merch, and all the same great sales. I found several Cherry Blossom items for my mother-in-law as it's her favorite scent and she just celebrated her birthday.

The staff is friendly and greeted me as soon as I walked in. They offered a bag and help if I needed it, but didn't hover over me. I prefer to kind of do my own shopping unless I need something specific and cannot find it.

Like many of their sister stores, they do the large bins for their sales. I'm not the biggest fan of this method as it tips liquid items over and can make for a mess, and you'll have to dig to see what all is in the bin.

Great location with a calmer atmosphere and the same great sales!

They are very friendly and helpful. They listen to what you like and make proper recommendations. Not overcrowed, oh and they sanitize your hands prior to entering.

All the employees are always so cheerful & willing to help. Love this location!
