Bath & Body Works, West Palm Beach FL

I have visited this particular Bath and Body Works store quite a few times and each time they don't have what I am looking for. They have many items and look fully stocked but don't actually have everything that should be on the shelves for each holiday. This time shopping I finally found an item I was looking for and they had alot, but only two were unopened. Everything else from the basket they had it in was opened with stuff on the outside of them. Employees seem nice but unhelpful, I even had an employee tell me they have never carried a smores smell or marshmallow, when I saw the marshmallow on the shelf already. Overall, my experiences at this store haven't been good exspecially compared to other Bath and Body Work stores. I would recommend going to another store or shopping online before going to this store.

Ari was very friendly and helpful. She asked my daughters type of scent and found ones that my daughter just loved.

Normally I love this place but when I went on Friday to the mall the line was out the door. Not enough help for holiday. Otherwise good place.

I hadn't been here in awhile and I throughly enjoyed the experience. It was crowded and the saleslady was very helpful. I didn't realized they had fragrances for men, so I plan on going back.

We were there with a checkout line nearly out the door and another line to get in the door. Our checkout assistant was Isreal and his patients with our questions and coupons was of the best customer service I have had shopping. Thank you Iseral.

OMG.love this place. The best candles are in there. I love white gardenia but the oak one is amazing and many others and the body and hand creams are excellent. And the best are the deals yes I will recommend

Arriving on place, there are so many choices you will not know what to do. The employees are welcoming and there is someone who will assist you until you find your happiness.

Clean and well recovered store. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Found all I was looking for.

Everyone there was so nice and helpful navigating through all of those scents to find what I was looking for.

Sales girl at cash out made us wait untill the lady in front of us went back out onto the floor and took her time shopping for other products. Could not believe she made us wait so long for the other lady to continue shopping, no apology no excuse, nothing! This is not how you treat customers. And please, dont use staff shortage and covid as excuse, there were 4 other employees who stood around and watched it unfold.
