Bath & Body Works, Palm Beach Gardens FL

Inventory was wonderful. I was able to get every three wick candle scent I wanted. I absolutely love this store and the staff. You don't walk into this store without receiving a friendly greeting. I have been in retail and customer service for over 30 years. This team does a wonderful job. GREAT JOB EVERYONE!

Great holiday sale prices on candles. My daughter is in a wheelchair and the store could be a little more accessible.

I love this place but the fragrances aren't as good as they used to be there starting to lower the quality good smelling hand sanitizers good deals on them nice candles overall good

Loved it from.a male custermer Loved it.walking in mall a this powerful fragrance overpowered my nose. We walked in and was Greeted the second you walked in the was told about sales. Then you would have thought it was an episode of Super Market Sweaps we were handed a carrying cloth basket and I heard the clock ticking the announcer saying how much time lert then I almost tripped over the wires from the cmera but I did bump my head then we were paying for like 1⅖0 really big candles 4 Lil candles some anti bacteria soap I don't remember which family won

Everytime I go in there a Hispanic employee is very rude and while another employee helped me she came interrupted and told her to leave to help someone else and she didn't even help she just left its sad for Hispanics to be racist to another Hispanic

There was a special on buying a few things a getting a free lotion but we got charged. Never going back.

My wife and I, both of us are huge fan of Bath and Body works products since 2012. We like to try out the newer varieties of fragrance and lotions.

Fun store to shop at, lots of beautiful gifts to give and excellent customer service. They even have great coupons that were sent out and special deals in store as well!

Bath and Body Works always have a sale going on. The staff is friendly and helpful. I love the room sprays.

Professional and courteous staff. Beautiful merchandise. They also have great bargains they offer daily.

You should probably do your shopping online. The store does not have everything in stock, nor can they order it for you. The staff is incredibly, super, over the top, in your face friendly, and bombard you the second you step a toe in the door. There are five to eight people on the floor, constantly getting into your personal space and spritzing you with things that you did not ask for, and when you finally make your decisions and navigate through the crowded store, there is but only one register open. And of course every person there has multiple coupons.

The store is really well stocked with home fragrance options right now. It's definitely best to go at off peak hours because it is a small store and it can get to capacity quickly.

Products are pleasingly presented. Perfumed products are very superb.
I use them myself and give them to my friends as gifts. They love them too!
