Always a wonderful and clean store! Today I was looking for the lil cat hand sanitizer holder. Julie was so helpful and searched everywhere for it and had others check the back. Needles to say we found it! Thank you so much Julie for being so wonderful and making my day!

I read online if you have wallflowers burn out before 2 years, the company will replace them. Now they have changed their policy to 90 days. I find it ridiculous to have paid $30 for two of these that stopped working in just one years time. The scents themselves are expensive, so now I have to keep buying replacement plugs due to an inferior product on the company’s part? I will no longer be buying from B&BW.

They could have been more friendly and helpful. It was other people shopping that was given more attention and were greeted with smiles. Maybe all of the staff was having a not so good day.

Stuff is nice but prices are absolutely ridiculous! A tiny little air freshener for your car, the size of a half dollar is 6.99 when you can go to Walmart n buy 1 twice the size for half the price. The body sprays n candles okay SOMETIMES they have a deal but starting to think they just like money cus as I said prices are ridiculous!
Most the workers are very sweet n helpful though

This was my first time bringing my daughter to Bath and Body Works (17 months old). Janet at the front was amazing. She danced with my daughter to the music and was encouraging her to smell new candles with me. She truly made this an amazing first experience!

Miss Melissa and Summer have been immensely helpful on multiple occasions because I don't have a clue when it comes to that kind of stuff lol thank you so much ladies I am not intimidated to come there anymore!

Was on a mission to find a couple of cheap multi-use easter baskets for my Grandchildren. Found what I was looking for. Great visit.

I absolutely love going to this location. Everyone is so nice and ready to help with any questions you have. I travel almost 35 miles just to visit this location. Thank you ladies. You are awesome.

I normally don't splurge on stuff like this but i had that free coupon for a product in value up to 8.95 and I just wanted to say that this young blonde girl helped me find something and I just happened to mention a fragrance that I would enjoy. I was thinking to myself why would she want to help me so much when I'm just getting something for free but the product that I found I will definitely go back. Thank you. I only wish I got her name. 2/12/23 about 1: 15 pm.

Had lots of fun shopping with my daughter. Sampled many lovely scents. The staff was very friendly and helpful overall we had a good night So I do see myself coming back here again.

The store is very stocked but that's where the problem comes in as it's very difficult to navigate when there's a lot of people in the store since the aisles are thin between the displays. But the staff was very helpful and it's not their fault I ended up spending over $100

Typical Bath n Body as far as looks and smells go. Wonderful smells as a matter of fact and of course high af prices! Sales people are not very knowledgeable of their products of which they sell and a bit pushy to say the least.

I like the store and I have not been here in a while. The store was jammed pack so it was not a good time for me to ask questions, but it was very well stocked. I just wanted to know if they still carry the fragrance of Warm Vanilla Sugar?

This place had a line outside the store waiting to get in. It moved on nicely though. They had a sale on 3-wick candles for only 2 days. Makes for great Christmas gifts.

Wife loves going to Bath and Body works. Grat selections, great service, great prices for the holidays.

Great products, manager Janet not so nice to her employees, yells and berates them in front of customers.
