I just wanted to say great customer service! I was helped by a girl named Milaya. She was very helpful and I’m extremely satisfied with her service.

I am crazy for anything from bath body works since 2017 when a friend introduced those great moisturizers since that I can’t stop buying candles, moisturizers, shower gel, hand soap and much more

Great place in Winter Garden for fragrances, candles, body creams and other things. They have beautiful gifts for almost everyone. The christmas candles are nice. Good service

I am really big on customer service and these last couple of days has been a nightmare. I called the store to ensure I can return my online order in-store. The following day I went to return my online order and there was a bit of confusion, no biggie… I understand that things happen! They returned my items and I paid out of pocket for my exchange and was told I would receive and email confirmation of my refund. Well, the transaction wasn’t done right because I only received partial money for my exchange.

I called the very next day to bring it to their attention, however, after explaining everything I was put on hold for 30 minutes. I had to hang up and call again. No biggie! But then, when o called back, I was brushed off and told to physically come into the store, ask for a manager and they will work it out. The store associate told me there was nothing they can do. (Which I know is not true)

I honestly felt like they just didn’t want to deal with the issue and was giving me a hard time and I’m a very patient and understanding person. Even when I was in the store the associate I dealt with just seemed “bothered”. This job is all about customer service and problem solving. I honestly hope that their customer service team does a better job at coaching on how to deal with paying customers. I absolutely love to support my local businesses but I will go elsewhere if need be or continue to order online.

Online is fantastic. I called them and they were able to resolve my issue immediately.

I bought three soap holders that started rusting and because it’s past 90 days they cannot exchange the items. Why sell a product that is going to rust. That means it’s not a good product, it’s cheap. So upset!

Good shopping there, specially when they have great deals and promos. The store is always crowded. But I love the smell and products. My favorite is hand soap.

It is a very nice store, the body creams and fragrances are exquisite, it is definitely difficult to choose just one, and the staff is very friendly and cooperative, I highly recommend this store

Great selections of fragrances. Everyone's always helpful and nice.

But. Parking is horrible because there's not a lot of parking spots.

Talked to Manager Kim that was not nice with a product that was defective after a week of use. Not very good customer service, if you can drive a little more to go to visit another store.

Went there fir the 2.95 foaming hand soaps. They had tons of them, all over the store, huge selection of scents. Looking forward to candle day! Don't forget your coupons!
