Always has very friendly staff that are very helpful. The store always looks amazing and it is easy to find all the fragrances and lotions which are always wonderful.

Don't order anything from this company if you think you're actually going to receive it on time it's, a 40ft by 40ft store at most and you'd think it was the size of Walmart for them to pick up an online order and put it in the bag. The staff is rude and how they conduct an online business is a JOKE.

Out of several products and unwilling to provide customer service. Rude. Worst Bath & Body Works I've shopped to date.

My visit was today @145 this afternoon. Customer service was a 0. I over heard an employee talking about how they didn’t make there numbers yesterday, if you focus more on your customers you may hit those numbers. Not one person said hello, can I help you with something or even have a great day. The young lady at the register was the only staff member that had customer service. The rest of the team should take a lesson from her.

What is up with the wallflowers NOT smelling? Corporate should look into this. What a joke. I only buy the 3 that I know are strong and stock up on them for the holidays. Balsam lasted 2 days. Brought them all back.going to shop a different brand for my scents here on. Employees were ok, but I’m not there for them, I’m there for a good product. Done paying for colored water. Rating is on the wallflower product only. 10 yr customer. They prob had to change the formula to get the MSDS approved for that major online retailer.yeah yeah.too bad.

Love the Halloween candles, body sprays & candle holders. Friendly staff! Great customer service!

Love Bath & Body. The store is very small and doesn't always have all the varieties that you'd find in a bigger store or online. But the staff is really great and pleasant and helpful

DONT BOTHER FOR SAS. EMPLOYEES GRABBED ALL THE GOOD STUFF THE DAY BEFORE FOR SAS. ONLINE IS BETTER. SAVE YOUR GAS FOR SAS. NO 75% ONLY 60%. ONLINE HAS A LARGER SELECTION ON 75.

Just disappointed that you stopped selling exfoliating hand wash. That was my absolute favorite. Please consider bringing it back.

I went in specifically for soap for sink-side.the deals are always good for soaps. Unfortunately, this store is being run by kids. There was a lot of laughter and one employee who kept loudly proclaiming that she was mentally unstable. It was a strange experience. I did get my soap and made a quick retreat!

Nice atmosphere & (of course) good smells. However, I Do Not want to hear Employee's talking amongst themselves about WHY they weren't at work the day before, Nor how sick they were. This is not professional & I came to do shopping while waiting on my laundry at Rock n Wash.

The two older ladies who both wear glasses working check out today are completely rude. I received a gift card for my birthday a few days ago and decided to use it today for the first time during the %40 off sale. I scratch the pin on the back and call the number to confirm it has a balance of the amount it says. So I go inside and do my shopping.
Once I get up to the counter the lady doing check out says the card is “invalid” and I need to stand right there and call to prove to her it has money on it. So I explain to the lady that for some reason I don’t get service in the store and ask if she can use the store phone. If looks could kill I would have been dead right on the spot. Then the other lady chimes in all snarky with “ I don’t even get service in here because the roof is metal maybe you need to go back out to your car and call again or use a credit card”.
It’s not like the store was busy and I was holding up the line. There was literally only three other customers that was still shopping and no one behind me. If they wouldn’t have both been so rude I would have been happy to just pay with cash. Since I shop at B&BW regularly I know the workers that help you find what you’re looking for or check you out get credit for the sale and I wasn’t going to give the satisfaction and just left.
Funny thing is I decided to go to the location in the Paddock Mall after this experience, not only were they extremely busy but the lady there was happy to help and entered in the card number manually and it worked perfectly fine.

Love Bath & Body Works but the location in Lady Lake Florida sucks it closes at the drop of a hat there's no rain today a little bit of wind and their stores closed drove all the way here to find out they're closed thanks for the waste of my gas.
