Bath & Body Works, Ellenton FL

Horrible experience. About 8 people approached me in 60 seconds upon entering the store. Cashier, Rachel, was particularly rude when checking out.

Just drove all the way to the Ellenton Outlet mall to find out that they are temporarily closed, even though it says online that they are open till 6 today.

As an ex employee, I’ve been met with constant complaints about messing their “convergence” (when you walk in and out without buying anything) and have been met with constant hostility and complaints about it. I no longer work there and have been their target as soon as I enter the store. The general store manager is the one that’s targeted me with such hostility and has made me feel uncomfortable every time I’ve entered. She’s even openly done this to me in front of tons of other customers in the store. I refuse to return to the store because she basically blocks the door and forbids me from leaving without buying something

If you haven't been to Bath & Body Works, it's an amazing treat to your senses. Upon opening the door, the visual appeal is quite lovely.
The smells are quite the treat as well.
Since the pandemic, and decades before, this has been our, go to order online and shop in person store.
They have the latest, best smelling antibacterial hand sanitizers. A line of hand soap, body washes, lotion, and spray scents for yourself and your room.
My all-time favorite is "A Thousand Wishes".
The newest is "Chasing Fireflies!
Treat yourself to this amazing store.

Store always feels chaotic, but at least smells great. New Halloween themed products are in! 8/9

The last time I was there, I asked one of the girls on the floor if they had a sample candle so that I could smell the fragrance. She said, "Let me check, " and never came back. When I went to check out at the register, I saw her waiting on people. I asked the cashier that was cashing me out if the girl on the other register was new. She replied yes. I'm not sure why the other girl couldn't say that to me from the beginning and left me waiting for a whole instead

They have my favorite body lotion "Fig and Brown Sugar" that I can't get anymore even on line. I was able to buy 24 bottles and the workers there were very welcoming and helpful

Hadn't been in for over 5 years. Got a gift card and forgot how much I like this store.

This is an outlet store that is supposed to cost less than the market prices stores. The trip to the outlet stores was a waste of time.
