I loved the music taste of the store 10/10. I liked the smell of the candles 10/10. I loved the service from Paris, she was so friendly and kept checking on us and let us know of all the deals. She was extremely approachable and I think she deserves the world.and this is coming from someone who has the world

If you need any help at all go to Paris! She was so sweet helping me with anything I needed. Asked me what scents I like and showed me options. She continually checked up on me throughout my whole visit. Bella at the register made sure I got all the coupons and double points and had so much patiences when my app was being weird. She was so happy and joyful. Only reason I gave it a 4 was due to it was hard to move around in the store. Felt very cramped and got bumped into a few times. Other than that the customer service was amazing something I’ve never had at a bath and body before. Thank you Paris and Bella

Pretty stocked. Plenty of people are buying. Sales were great, but it pays to have their coupons.

11/14 Rainy Tuesday. I just wanted to express my sincere appreciation to -CANDICE at Posner shop for the excellent job you did in assisting me with the exchange of the fragrance mists. I know it’s alot! Your professionalism & knowledge were truly remarkable.

Followed my wife into the store. Every corner was filled with light, energy and color. Wife was in heaven. She blew through a $50 gift card. Walked out smiling. Big pat on the back for B&BW associate Miss Sherelyn for being so sweet and friendly. I suspect I will be buying another gift card in December. Well done!

Great place that always has nice deals to save money. Always enjoy getting the hand sanitizer in various fall scents buy 5 for $8! They make great gifts as well.

I love this shop, but this evening I went in had 2 large purchases to make, paid for one then the lady at the checkout started to put my other in the till, then stopped 1/2 way through to serve another customer making me wait even though she had already started serving me. I didn’t have much time to wait. I thought this was so rude of her, I told her I don’t have time to wait so I will be leaving the goods she replied ok

I love this location! The staff are always kind and helpful. The location is clean, well stocked, and organized.

I went in specifically for the Halloween carriage plug in and they were so helpful in helping me find it in the store. I love bath and body works products and they were so nice here!

I love their warm vanilla sugar hand soap. It brings up a great clean and smells fantastic. VICKY.

I love bath and body works and all the sales and variety and the organization they have regardless of the chaos that sometimes happens due to there awesome sales.but I hate how the workers there jump on you as soon as you walk in to tell you about the sales (which are clearly displayed EVERYWHERE).
Can we please just shop in peace and if we need assistance we will look for you, Thank you

I liked the 50% and 75% promos but I think they made the smells less attractive. They should include more attractive fragrances.

I just love shopping at bath and body works. I can always find great prices and discounts on the large variety of body products they have.

Karina was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions in such a professional manner. Great asset to the company! Such a help!
