The work was performed as scheduled. Sales lady was nice at first. However two days after the tub was installed I went to use the shower and that is when I noticed several issues.
First thing wrong was that I paid for moen shower fixtures but they installed delta. The most deceptive thing was that they installed a moen trim but the shower head is delta. The delta shower they installed appeared to be defective because the water is not coming out through all the holes. Next the shower fixture was leaking water and the cover plate on the wall was falling off. To make matters worst the water was not running down the drain. This was not happening prior the work. The shower curtain rod was not installed high enough hence the curtain hangs and folds on the floor.
What makes me upset is the fact that immediately called the company and the sales rep and left a voicemail. The sales rep has yet to return my call. Don’t ever want to talk to her again as that was just so not professional of. I guess once she makes a sales and collects her commission she is good.
The company sent the same installer back out to my house and he fixed the cover plate issue and stopped the leaking. However, I am still waiting on the waiting on the install a comparable moen shower and drainage issue. I was told someone was going to call me and days later no call. Called and is still waiting on a call back.
Sorry I had them do anything in my home. This is starting to become a nightmare.
