I was charged a Lifetime fee for the battery of my fob and it's still blinking like the battery needs to be changed.

I would like ve refunded the difference for a one year fee of $15.

I also believe that my fob was stolen and exchanged with another one without authority. The employee that helped me took my fob behind the wall and I noticed the changes days later, but I haven't been able to return due to my schedule.

Staff went above and beyond. Stayed late to make sure I was taken care of. Local franchisees of batteries plus are bringing the best of corporate and local business all in one. Thank you!

I came in to get my battery replaced in my key fob as I had bought the forever replacement plan on it. When I handed the fob to the little guy across the counter he takes it to the back without asking me my name or phone number to look up the details in the system and proceeded to change it. He then tries to charge me for it. I said to look it up that I paid for the plan. He argued with me and so I told him to take it out. He tried to rip me off! In my opinion they are thieves and shady and don’t honor their long term plans. Don’t trust them. RUN!

Went to get 3 vtech phone batteries that online were $16 and 3day shipping. Called this company and they had them. Rushed there to get them and it comes to $74. Thats rediculous. I walked out and ordered from walmart. $16 for 3.

I ordered and paid for an AGM battery online. I then received confirmation of my order and that the order was ready for pick-up. When I arrived the battery had been set aside. The salesman who assisted me went through a sales process suggesting other items I might want/need. Although I didn't purchase any additional items, I felt he did a great job trying to get more sales without coming across as too aggressive or pushy. Overall it was a perfect buying experience for me. Great job to everyone at Batteries Plus, from your website designer to your salesman.

Did my first online order with batteries plus. The order was ready within minutes and the price was better than the auto parts store! Best to walk in to get your item upon arrival due to the lengthy automated prompts when calling for curbside.

Truly a lifesaver! - My phone was dunzo. Cracked & busted beyond repair, or so I thought. I walked in just before 10am on a Sunday & had a fully functioning iPhone w/ new screen, screen protecter & cleaned charging port by 11am. Bryan hooked it up & had me out the door in 1hr. ️Would absolutely recommend!

I like this store and the employees are nice and helpful. They do try to upsell you on things like wiper blades and such but they just mention it, no pressure. I do have a gripe about their line of flashlights though. They have some great lights, but they also fail to carry a holster that carry or fit some of the lights well. I don't understand why not just offer Nite Ize light holsters for those lights that they have nothing to fit. Nite Ize fit most flashlights pretty well, so why not stock them as well? Since selling accessories, and upselling to customers is a thing here, it would be super beneficial to have a holster that will actually hold that flashlight. Batteries Plus knows which flashlight I'm talking about, cuz I'm not the only one who's had issues with a holster for that light. They told me that so themselves. Come on guys. Do better in that department. This would be a five-star review if not for that. Don't sell me a flashlight when you can't sell me a holster to go along with it.

From start to finish, we had an outstanding experience at this location. They were able to service us within minutes of calling them, it took Evan 10 minutes tops to change our car battery, and the customer service was fantastic! Highly recommend if you need a new car battery!

IPhone users, please read as this review might save you lots of money and aggravation…. My bussiness iPhone went dead and completely stopped charging on Sunday so I made an emergency trip to the Apple Store, International Mall first thing Monday morning. After waiting 3 hrs for my appointment, the diagnostic tool came back as my phone having ‘multiple issues’ and was not repairable… so you guess what happened next; they tried to sell me a new phone. I was in a rush as I had business appointments to get to so I left instead. I decided to check into phone repair places to see if maybe my phone could be fixed, after all Apple was telling me it was no longer good and if a repair place broke my iPhone, it would not be a loss anyway. Someone had recommended CellFix but after reading their reviews, I continued searching and came up with Battery Plus. I was impress with their reviews and decided to go there. Well, I can assure you their reviews are legit. I went there and 20 minutes later was walking out with my phone working like new. All it needed was a new battery, yes just a battery! $64.00 total bill and Apple was telling me the phone was not repairable and needed to buy a new one. I was served by Bruno, his service was excellent, you can’t even tell a new battery was put in my phone. No damage to it, everything works fine. Next time you have a problem with your iPhone, save yourself the drive and wait at the Apple Store and go to Battery Plus instead. You’ll save a lot money and aggravation. I will never return to an Apple store for repairs.

Update: my phone still works perfectly fine today. No battery drainage either. Deciding to get a second opinion paid off well.

Bruce and Kyle are great! They fixed my phone super fast and got me right back out the door and on my day in less than 10 minutes!
