They back up their service. Had a phone repair and it needed additional work and they fixed it no charge and great service. Alan and Chico were very helpful and friendly. Did a great job my iphone is like new.

Don't waste your time. The manager seems to think you have to have a basic DC power adapter with a standard connection specially made from the manufacturer. No knowledge whatsoever, and what's more? An ego.

Easily found & ordered the needed battery online. Promptly got reply that order was ready for pickup. At store, pickup was very easy and quick.

This is where I always go to get batteries for my watches. The staff is always very friendly and their prices are very low-cost.

Batteries Plus has been always my place to buy car batteries, but there is always a bad customer service rep that damage your perfect service, probably just my bad luck at the mandarin location.

Went in for a new iPhone battery.then there was a hiccup.the home button no longer worked. BUT the guys at Batteries Plus Bulbs kept working, found what caused the problem and fixed it, assuring me that I would have a working phone one way or another. I can't thank them enough for letting me have that piece of mind. Great work!

Because most batteries are cheaper elsewhere and I can replace them myself. Others may not be able to do so and so your services would be of value to them.

Disappointed in customer service. Bought bulbs last week and was told I could return if they werent what we wanted (they weren't what we asked for but instead suggested). Returned today, opened (obviously) and was told they dont accept open packages. The employee who misinformed me sat silently the entire 20 minute discussion I had with the owner before admitting he did inform me i could try ONE package out but not the second. Owner agreed to refund for one package but not both even after wasting my time and my boyfriends because his incompetent employee sat silently in his cubicle to the left of the register. Absolutely will not return. A mistake an employee made and no acknowledgement of that mistake until I was having to argue my point that you cant try lightbulbs without removing from the package and you cant see how bright THREE bulbs next to each other will be with only one installed. Sad customer service comes down to the customer fighting for what they were informed of before only being given half the money back.

Can always find hard to find bulbs here. Also have hard to find and unusual batteries. Staff is polite and helpful.

Terrible service, 2 batteries for my diesel truck with 11 months left on warranty and they wouldn't honor it. The young man told me I had to leave the batteries for testing, I asked him how was I going to get home, he couldn't answer that question. Next he calls his manager at home, no satisfaction from him. Then he tells me he doesn't have those batteries in stock but has a more expensive one that I would have to pay full price for. That's when I walked out never to do business with Batteries Plus again. BEWARE. P. S. I have done business with them for years

Excellent service, knowledgeable, and odds are they have the batteries you need. Check their website first for multi pack discounts and it seems they always have at least 10% if you ask. I love it when local prices are close enough to buy outside of Amazon or other giants out there.

Woke up Monday morning to a dead car battery. In and out of Batteries Plus in less than half hour with a new one. Wasn't even that late for work. Awesome service!
