Great battery price and friendly staff, however, the 31 Group Platinum battery had been on their shelves for almost a year before I purchased it. The other one stocked was a couple months older. NOT FRESH STOCK!

Love this shop! The folks there know what they are doing, do it quickly, and I've never had an issue, be it a watch battery or a battery for my key fob!

I went in on the 24th distressed because I had just smashed my phone and I had the most wonderful customer service. I do believe it was Gail who took care of me and she was just the sweetest soul and she fixed my phone super quick and extremely well. Thank you for everything Gail, I wish you the best. Seriously a great spot, never would’ve guessed they did phone repairs on top of everything else they offer. 100/10 customer service!

A couple of weeks ago, my local Batteries Plus Bulbs put a new battery in my iPhone X. The experience was excellent. Except that when I got home and finished charging the battery, it didn’t last as long as I thought it should, so the low score review I posted reflected my disappointment with the battery.
Well, their team emailed me and called me urging me to return to the store at my convenience to have a new battery put in to rule out the battery as the problem. I did so, and again the experience was excellent, and with different staff on hand that time. These people clearly value me as a customer. That was all yesterday on March 23,2022, so the battery hasn’t really had a chance to prove itself, but I’ll go back to this local store every time I have a need.
Side note: while I was there I had a chance to witness the staff help another customer with what seemed like a complicated problem that needed a nuanced solution. They rose to that challenge as well.

Absolutely phenomenal service. I walked in with a broken IPhone 11 screen & they were able to replace the screen in no time. Highly recommend if you’re looking for great customer service & fast turn around time.

Went in for some simple batteries and a young girl named gale helped me out tremendously! She went above and beyond to help me out with all my battery needs as well as making me feel like I was home. Great job gale! I’ll be back for sure!

New to the area and I needed new batteries for my wife's ADA scooter. Never heard of Batteries Plus but they were recommended by the scooter manufacture as having batteries. I went in spoke with Jeff and he explained the batteries that were available for replacement. I am sure the Duracell Battery was much better than the original ones. Very pleased with the service I recieved and will recommend the store to everyone. Will tell my employer you carry golf cart deep cell batteries and to give you a call!

Batteries Plus always have a good choice for my motorcycles. There is usualy a good coupon code to go with the purchase. They always have it ready for me when I arrive at the store. Seth was extremely helpful when I was reconsidering my options!

Techs were curteous, helpful and knowledgeable. Iphone10 battery replacement was done in one hour and price was fair (and online reservation discount was an added plus!). Will definitely recommend.
