Terrible product search engine on their ecommerce site, much worse live service in the store. Counter staff know nothing and aren't even courteous. Prices often are nearly double what Amazon charges.

Went there for a battery for my 77 jaguar. Everyone there was very helpful. Hunter explained my options and explained the different batteries to me. He put new battery in my truck and took my old battery in for me. Only thing that would have made my visit better was if he would have come to my shop and put it in for me. I buy 10 to 15 batteries a year for my restorations. I will be back. Thanks again,

In store customer service was great! Online was…well…not great and misleading regarding coupons, discounts, and pre-ordering. But, the two work independently. I highly recommend calling the store directly if you want good information and great customer service.

Great store. Almost always have what I need. Online ordering is easy and the staff at the Naples store are always courteous and helpful.

I’ve never been treated with such a harsh rudeness by any business in all of my 60+ years, insulting and yelling, not allowing me to explain how I understood my battery to be bad. A 3 month old battery needed replacing under warranty and they said it did not. I had already load tested it at home and another battery store later confirmed that it was indeed bad. The battery gave out, in my boat, in the backcountry of the Everglades, far from home, and fortunately I was able to flag s/o down. But, these guys were SO hostile that I just couldn’t believe it, that they’d treat a customer SO harshly, especially having been a business owner myself. The manager kept interrupting my attempts at explaining what I’d done to check the battery. When I finally mentioned my load test results, he shouted over me, ”OH YEA, AND WHAT BRAND IS YOUR LOAD TESTER! ”, like a kindergartner on the playground, bowing his chest out at me. I knew then that I was going to get nowhere and just left. So, just know that something is NOT right with this place and you’d do much better going somewhere else…. Just about anywhere else! I’ve always been happy using Batteries Plus when in other cities where we’ve lived, but they DO have different franchisees in various locations. Bottom line: buyer beware! (I will NOT be surprised at all if I see them rebutting this review with some sort of lies because that is the sort of character you’re dealing with here…or, hopefully not, for your sake).

I called ahead to inquire about a battery replacement for my key fob. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a friendly face. I was in and out in a matter of minutes!

I just had the worst customer service experience ever, called to see if a battery I need was in stock, was immediately put on hold for at least ten minutes and nobody ever came back to the phone, like a fool I waited… hung up finally and called back 7 times and you all never answered the phone, sent me to a full voicemail inbox each time, what good is a voicemail inbox if it’s always full, now I’ll order my towing company batteries from your competition, loss of thousands of dollars a year you could have made, very foolish customer training if you ask me, but you never did!

Most unhelpful with trying to get a replacement battery for my old scanner. Didn't want to bother to look at it, didn't bother to open the battery pack, and had to ask if OTHER battery plus stores can help me, since the battery pack was soldered in a few years back by your Lombard IL store.

Dan, was very helpful and installed my car battery right away even though he was the only one there.

My Porsche Boxster keys needed new switches to unlock the doors. I ordered the switches online from a Porsche dealer and went to see Batteries Plus for possible installation. The manager, Dan Lukon, knew exactly how to replace the switches that were broken. Thanks to him we have two working keys. Much appreciate it!
