I always get the correct battery, You always have what I need in stock, and this time the salesman informed me that my battery was under warranty. Cell Phone or Motorcycle.

The owner is very nice. The shop sells batteries from cars to smoke detectors. So if you need a battery for anything I'm sure they have it.

Clueless, they "quoted" my wife phone to change the battery at $120; messed up in their system placed the phone under an older iPhone fixed the phone then charged us $200. Gave her no other option then to pay for it, did not try to make it right for their mistake.

The man was very helpful, answered my questions, made suggestions and helped me carry my new battery to my car.

Ordered a battery for my Silverado online and had it installed the following day. Service was quick and courteous.
This is my second automotive purchase at this location, and based on both experiences, will continue to do business there.

They did a great job setting up two new side cut key fobs with remote. Ask when Eric is there. He is the laser key cutting expert. Gets it done quickly and inexpensively

I brought my Mercedes key fob in today for batteries! Eric displayed extraordinary customer service. I plan to return and tell my clients to visit the Daytona store!

Quick and super personable staff. Totally saved the day by fixing a broken iPhone screen in less than half an hour!

On 4/6/18 I bought a Universal sliding charger for my cell phone battery. I have two batteries and this charger has been GREAT. I always have an extra battery fully charged when, in my infinite wisdom, forget to charge my phone overnight for the next day's work. These guys are great!

This store checked my battery and when it tested good gave me direction on what to check on my motorcycle. The manager was right and saved me time and money on the fix instead of just saying too bad like the young guy at the Port Orange store.
I recommend this store and products.

I needed batteries for my ADT alarm system. I received very professional, knowledgeable, & friendly customer service, it was a true pleasure to shop here. They answered all of my questions, & got me the correct batteries. They go above, & beyond the call of duty, in reference to customer service!

Last week I called the Daytona location to add a key fob for my daughters 2010 Jeep. I spoke to Eric who checked to be sure that they had the key fob in stock and quoted me for the key and the programming. Their costs were 50% less than all quotes I received from various locksmiths in the area. He not only completed the transaction but actually provided the programming in the vehicle to be sure that everything worked fine. I would not only go there again if I needed another key for one of my other vehicles but would consider purchasing some of there quality battery products as well.

Assistant Manager Eric was FANTASTIC! He immediately put me at ease with the cost & free installation. He was very courteous & really enjoys his job.

Went in to get my cracked screen repaired after going to 3 different places with terrible customer service. I dropped off the phone around 1: 30, and came back by 3, and the phone was completely fixed. The phone looks like new, the service was great, and the price was very reasonable.

They had what was needed and I got 10 percent off for online order.
Will purchase there again. Courteous on the phone confirming order.

Terrible experience, I scheduled an appointment for today and got there like 15 minutes in advance to get my I phone screen replaced and one of the employees told me that my phone was going to be ready in an hour. I went back in an hour and the excuse he gave me was that he was busy, so he basically told me to come on another day and completely made me waste my time for nothing.

My key fob for my Chrysler mini van quit working, to get a new one at the dealership would cost $185.00 and I needed to make an appointment and drop it off. Called Eric at Batteries Plus and he had one in stock put it aside for me gave me a discount on the programming fee and it only took about 15 mins for him to cut the new key and program the fob.save yourself time and money if you need a new key fob. Eric was very friendly and courteous and helpful.

We were just at a Wawa in Daytona on our way to NC and the battery died. Jim just happened to be there getting gas. He drove us to the Batteries Plus where we purchased a battery and Jim even installed it too. Great service!

We stopped in to ask about strange iphone battery behavior. At that stop my car battery died. We replaced both and now we are happy. I think it was Eric who helped us. He was very pleasant and patient with our craziness.
