Being from out-of-state, searched the internet for a Florida law firm to handle the probate of my father’s estate in Florida; took a chance after reading reviews for Bauer & Associates. Was not disappointed, their paralegal Jaclyn and attorney Rick Bauer were exceptional in handling the matter in a timely professional manner.

Since my sister and I both live far away from Florida, we needed someone reliable to help with our father's estate. Fortunately, a friend of our father referred us to Mr. Bauer.

My father recently passed away leaving me with the responsibility to manage his trust. Upon trying to sell his home, we realized there would also be need for probate. Mr. Bauer took over my moms estate after the prior attorney retired midstream. I am thankful that he did. We found out that the prior attorney had messed up the probate pretty bad. Mr. Bauer's paralegal, Jaclyn, was amazing and helped me along the way and never got irritated with all my constant questions. I ended up using his office to prepare guardianships for me as well which we got taken care of very quickly. Once I sold my mom's house his title company staff handled that side of the puzzle.
