I purchased a used washer/ dryer stacked. I paid 800 and it has never worked right. They have been out at least 4 times and it’s still leaking every time I use it. They refused to take it back. They keep sending the same person to fix it and it works for a few washes and starts again. Do not buy from these vendors if they are not going to back up the product.

Bay Area Appliance never fails to deliver. My dishwasher broke and I was able to get a great deal at Bay Area Appliance. It was delivered and installed quickly and efficiently.

Unfortunately, I have a strong warning to stay away from this business. They give a 48 HOUR window for a return. Barely any time to see if their product is functioning correctly. So if you have a problem with their products you have no recourse. Very poor Customer Service! Johnny and company actually insult you, won’t answer the phone and refuse any help to resolve a concern! Please beware and Don’t get taken by this business!

This appliance store is a great little store right on Missouri Avenue. The owner was able to work with me on the price of a new induction oven, and get it delivered in time for Thanksgiving. The Delivery guys were stellar they were kind courteous and mindful of everything when bringing it into the house even my tiny dog at all times. I highly recommend them to anyone purchasing an appliance; The price point and the service from start to finish was more than 5 stars.

Very unhappy with the customer service. I called them because my fridge compressor quit working and the serial number on my fridge (which I bought new from them) had been torn. I told him that I needed it for LG to provide me warranty work.

I was told I'd get a call back, but didn't.

When I called again, I was told "they had no record of me". I explained that I have the record and receipt that they wrote up and provided the sales receipt number. I said you purchased the fridge and he can look up the fridge they sold me.

He kept insisting that he doesn't have any records of the sale and couldn't provide me with the serial number. That sounded VERY fishy to me because any company is required to keep financial records for 7 years.

I asked if they tore the serial sticker on this brand new fridge on purpose and he blew up and hung up on me. I suspect that they KNEW something was wrong with the fridge they sold me and tore just the last few digits off the serial number.

The whole process was so smooth. We walked in the store, owner was super nice and helpful. Super attentive to our needs and price range. Delivery was flawless. We went to multiple locations to find a fridge but this place blew everyone out of the water (as far as price and delivery) We needed it fast and they made it happen. Thank you so much guys! I will always recommend Bay Area Appliance!

The guys came out the next day and earlier than the time they stated! Was in and out not a scratch on the wall super polite and professional!

I purchased a stove from them a few years ago, repaired my refrigerator, and I recently purchased a microwave there.
The staff is helpful, knowledgeable and very polite. When they say they will call you at a certain time regarding delivery; They Call. Hard to beat that service. I would not shop for appliances any where else. Highly recommend Bay Area Appliances.

We try to buy at the small business owner places when possible. This appliance store is a great little store right on Missouri Avenue. The owner was able to work with us on the price of a new oven, and delay delivery until our kitchen remodel was finished. We highly recommend this business.

I can’t say enough about this store

After numerous efforts to get a fridge installed by Lowes I called this store to try and get someone to come out and install a fridge and haul away my old one. I was waiting since Aug 9,2022 with Lowes to no help by Lowes.
After talking to Jit on the other explained that they usually don’t install from other stores but mage exception for me because of my current situation I have been dealing with Liwe.

They came out the next morning yesterday Friday Aug 26.2022 as promised got the new fridge installed and removed wold fridge.

I can’t stress enough how much this Outstanding Customer Service has meant to me. I will definitely be buying my appliances from here from now on.

I would highly recommend this store for all your appliance needs and never consider purchasing from Lowes.

Bought a Samsung washer and dryer combo from here back in November 2021. From the first day, washer giving issues but I try to work with it and give it some time to see if the issue gets better with time. 4 months after the washer never spin. Call them.they charge for fixing the washer.wait a month for the " part ". They come back fix the issue and today 7 months after the purchase the washer have the same issue. Long story short - horrible customer service, horrible technical service 0 start overall.

I buy all my appliances from here, great deals always available on site: treated my home with so much respect made me want to offer them dinner lol.

I purchased a refrigerator here for less than half of what I would have paid elsewhere. The purchase process was both pleasant and efficient. The install guys were also efficient and so respectful of my home. They had to remove a GIANT refrigerator in a very tight space, they did so with a smile and nothing was broken or even scuffed. A+, highly recommend!

I bought a washer in March, here I am in May second time same problem not draining correctly, the agitator runs before water is even in. Called asked for a repair man said they would call in the morning I got nothing. Called again put on hold for 30 minutes do I hung up as she first wanted to sell me a new machine. So disappointed bad customer service.

As a business owner i thought it would be great giving back too a small business.i entered the store, the guy working was very rude out the gate! I asked him for a price.he responded back in said you cant read! The price is right there.i said maybe if it was written in maker instead of a pencil.i was shopping for a mini stove, even though he was rude to me i still brought it.he rang the item up after he did he told me i’m not selling you anything.so he did not sell me the stove.it’s amazing how people can be so disrespectful discrimination is one thing.i’m filling a complaint with the board.i will not accept people coming too america treating the americans like trash.
