Bay Breeze Apartments, Fort Myers FL

Quiet, clean, and very well kept. Perfect location to anything you may need. Everyone I’ve met here, from the Admins, to the maintenance, and to the other people living here, are all very kind and considerate. It’s animal friendly and those with animals are respectful in cleaning up after their dogs as well as making sure they aren’t loud or disturbing anyone. I’ve finally found the place I want to stay in and hopefully retire in!

In July I stopped in to look at apartments but was told I could not pre pay for the year because 'then they could not kick me out if I played loud music or had an unknown pet'. Then changed it to if I wanted to pre pay I needed to prove I had 5 times the rent amount in my bank account which she said would have to be over 100k. Would never give my money to that place.

My wife and I have recently renewed our lease at Bay Breeze apartments for a third year. The apartment complex has been a wonderful place to live. The main reason is because of the full-time staff they have on premise. The team has been friendly and quickly responds to questions or maintenance concerns. Hurricane Ian was devastating to the area and our apartment complex. Rachel and Tammy at Bay Breeze did an amazing job at restoring all essentials as quickly as possible. Under these extreme conditions, they were respectful and did everything they could to help to deal with the aftermath of the storm. They were remarkably quick at hiring outside contractors to remodel all the lower-level units to a higher standard. Where other apartment complexes are still recovering, Bay Breeze continues to elevate their property as a great place to live.

We want to specially recognize that maintenance team as they work hard to ensure everything is working properly. They have recently replaced all our Air Conditioning Units, Garage Doors Openers and recently installed smart-home door locks and thermostats. They have been great to work with and I appreciate them keeping our building clean, safe, and working as intended.

From the first call & my meeting Tammy at Bay Breeze it felt “right”. She was super nice & took me on a little tour & I even met a couple residents. It only took one look at the apartment & I knew I was home. The staff has been great & maintenance are easy to reach & take care of any issues. Although they are still clearing up from Ian- you can see the progress. I’d recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to call “home”. Such a friendly community!

I want to mention that review is an older review but I still feel the same about Bay Breeze Villas. It's 14 years now and this location is the best around. Beaches, shopping less then 5 miles.
