I live next to a property managed by this company and have for several years. I've watched the condition of this house deteriorate over time with what seems minimal attention to only urgent issues - all while the rent continued to rise. The most work I've ever seen done has occurred over the last month to 'update' it for the next renter, but even that appears minimum necessary. After several years with a collapsing driveway at the property, they finally fixed it. It took over 3 months for them to fill the holes next to the driveway, one of which eroding to my yard. Today the finally 'filled' it with powdery sand - so still I cannot mow to the side as my mower will now sink into this fine sand potentially damage it. And concrete forms remain in place. Renter beware.

Tonya is the best! She helped me through this whole moving process and never lost patience with me. I appreciate her and
all her hard work! She is one in a million!

We are here from Tampa helping our son find his first place. The housing manager (Tania) is absolutely amazing,!
All the places we toured looked good in pictures but when seen in person looked outdated and dirty. This property is beautiful! Tania is easy to talk and was super helpful. Every time we reached out with questions, she replied immediately. I would love my son to stay in this unit as long as he is here for his job and can afford it. He is lucky we found this place.

Thieves who stole 1,500 from a disabled veteran and his single income household. If they will do it to us, they will do it to you. Terrible people. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy after this. They couldn't care less.

Very nice place to live. Everyone is very nice and helpful and very quick with any maintenance requests we had. No real complaints throughout the two years we have lived here. Tonya was more then helpful with our move out process. Highly recommend if you are looking for a townhouse to rent!

Our home was clean and in great shape when we moved in. Tonya works very hard to make sure residents have what they need. She has been very helpful and communicative to us. The online resident portal is extremely easy to use. So far, we've needed maintenance one time and our issue was resolved fairly quickly. All in all, a great property management company.
