My first visit to this practice and it was amazing! Dr. K was a delight and put me at ease. I had a lesion removed and was very nervous his personality made a world of difference and even made me laugh. I will see you all soon. Thank you for being so awesome

I went in to have something removed from my back.nobody went over my insurance with me to let me know if I would have a patient portion and an estimate of what it would be so when I received the statement.the excision itself was around 400 and then they charged me $805 to suture it are you kidding me? I'm appalled. I will never go back. I will tell anyone who will listen.no character.no idea how to run practice.pathetic

If I was told that there was going to be that much of a patient portion I would not have had the procedure done it was not a life-and-death procedure and I know that you do not check insurance because when I came in the 1st time you tried to collect and my out of pocket and my deductible was met. The excision you charged me 394 for and then you charged me $805 to suture it up that is ridiculous and yes I am going to leave the bad review I'm going to call whoever I can call and tell anyone I can tell that you people do not know how to run a practice.insurance fraud

Dr. K in Port Richey has personality plus +. I'm not there for gloom and doom, let's be as lighthearted and make me feel like more than "next in line". Dr. K is thorough and made me feel like he did his job and we had a few laughs. See you in 6 months!

I had my first appointment with this practice today and am so glad I chose this facility. I had little to no wait time in the reception area and my time in the exam room was short but not rushed. I was so nervous about my skin check but Dr. Anderson and Alex were so nice and informative. I would highly recommend them!

$73 for less then 5 minutes and some “free samples” What a joke, the doctor wouldn’t even let us talk and kept cutting us off when we spoke, she acted like she had more important things to do.

2/9/23 Dr Krutchik has established a wonderful practice, and I always depart his office knowing that I've received most excellent care. I highly recommend him!
(Older) Dr Krutchik is very straight forward and clear with his instructions, and he strives to have his patients in Good Health as fast as possible! I've recommended him to numerous people.

The doctor is never there. I’ve tried many times just to get in and be seen and it’s as if the doctor leaves every time I’m supposed to come in. So beyond unprofessional. Save your time, you wouldn’t be seen here anyways!

Excellent staff & service, however too many texts and phone calls to confirm your appointment. Thirty minutes after my visit where I received my biopsy results I was called by someone to give me my biopsy results. The same results that I was given 30 minutes prior when I was there. This doesn't diminish the great service and friendly staff though.

The staff and Dr Burkhart were wonderful, and caring. The visit was timely, efficient, yet thoughtful and caring.

They’d definitely get 5 stars for the services and personalities but the fact that they let me come in thinking I was having a cyst addressed knowing they couldn’t do anything due to a shortage of lidocaine and still charged me a 55 dollar office visit is why only a 3 ️ rating. Great staff and great Dr. But damn people why? The economy is tough for all of us not just you. If you know you can’t do anything why waste my time coming in to the office for nothing? Just to measure it? I could’ve told you it’s gotten a little bigger but isn’t hurting over the phone.

Everything was on time. Everyone was efficient, well trained and every procedure was perfectly executed. Look forward to the next time.

Five starts is not enough to give Dr Krutchik and his staff.
This was my 2nd visit, and from the front desk to check out, it was a very pleasant experience.
I can't say enough about Dr Krutchik.
If all my doctors were like Dr Krutchik,
I wouldn't ever mind going to them.

The girls up front make life so easy for ya checking in! And the doctor I had what a wonderful lady so so so nice she made my day very professional and has a good sense of humor Over all it’s a great place in an out very fast

Everyone in the NPR office is wonderful but Dr. Krutchik is amazing. I wouldn’t go to anyone else!

I've been going to Bay Dermatology for over 20 years. Being a Floridian I have had skin cancers from sun damage. They've taken wonderful care of me.
