Yolanda was so great during the rental process. She got me in quickly for a tour and I was approved to rent within 24 hours. She met me early on move in day with my keys and always makes me feel welcome at the clubhouse. Make sure you ask for Yolanda when booking your next tour.
Belinda our property manager is amazing too. Since I’ve lived here she has done so much to upgrade the property. She’s very attentive to the needs of her tenants and projects are always done in a timely fashion. Belinda is always available if we have an issue and has dropped by personally to my apartment to check on one of my work orders. Best property manager ever.

My family has lived here for over 8 years now. We have loved living here. The location is great. Close to everything, but also feels pretty secluded. Everyone in the office makes you feel like family. Belinda has helped us more times than I can count, the whole team has. So thank you, and hope to be here for many more years.

I first moved into Bay Harbor during the pandemic and was helped by a very professional and friendly staff, most notably, Yolanda, who made my move-in painless during difficult time. I moved away, last year, but was able to secure an apartment again this year. I am pleased with the entire staff - they are friendly and eager to please. The apartments are spacious and well maintained. Quiet neighbors and a lovely area; I would highly recommend.

Honestly, I am so happy that I chose this place. Yollanda is best! She made sure that I could 100% move in on the day I needed too as we sold our home. I would recommend this place to anyone. Great people, Great amenities, Great home!

Just recently resigned for my 4th year here at Bay Harbor. Definitely will always recommend this wonderful neighborhood to any family, friends, coworkers, etc.as I have been doing for these past few years. Belinda, Yolanda, and even the maintenance team have been more than helpful and accommodating with my specific living situation and, because of that, I will be staying here for the foreseeable future. Amenities are lovely, apartments are clean and well maintained between tenants, and the location is ideal. Just because they are located on McGregor does not mean they will break your bank or budget. Best value for your money as far as apartment style living goes, especially in this current market.

I have lived here for about 3 years now and honestly, its one of the better apartments I have lived in. Belinda and Yolanda are the sweetest humans and will make sure to help you with whatever you could need. Theres an awesome path around the lake to walk your dog as well as a small dog park so the pups can run and play which was a huge plus for me. The apartments are pretty spacious and I definitely feel safe in this neighborhood.

Last year, I made a very difficult decision to leave my home in California after 35 years. I researched many apartment complexes and homes in the southwest Florida area. Many had great amenities and showed promise but not like Bay Harbor Apartments!

I made all of my arrangements through email and online with Bay Harbor prior to my initial discovery trip. The streamline process and professionalism performed by Yolanda was impressive and very much welcomed.

My move-in day was exciting and I received a warm welcome from the staff who made me feel that I made the right choice with Bay Harbor. The grounds are meticulously maintained and even though the property is older it has a wonderful Florida charm that I imagined it would be.

The amenities are excellent with concierge garbage pick-up from your front door, optional garage units, lake water views with great sunsets, spacious and soaring ceilings that make one feel they are in a house and not an apartment! Bay Harbors security locked gates, resident law enforcements families and long term residents give me a sense of a safe community as I see children and individuals walked around the walking path around the perimeter of the property!

I love living here and I recommend Bay Harbor to those considering moving out to Florida or from other local areas!

Moved in several months ago and have enjoyed my time here. Yollanda McCoy assisted me in finding the right apartment for me including all of the specifics for which I was looking. She was responsive and thorough when I had questions regarding the apartment types, area and amenities of the property. Patient and very helpful with all of the move in process, Yollanda would be the one I suggest you seek out if you are looking for an apartment. It hasn't stopped there either. The staff continues to impress - and they always remember my name when they see me and take the time to say hello or wave.

First and foremost, Yolanda has been one of the kindest and sweetest people I have met. All of the women working in the office are extremely nice and welcoming. The maintenance men are all very knowledgeable and always willing to help. I love that this is an animal friendly community and that there are fun events to attend, like food truck nights. It’s a great way to mingle with the neighbors. I am so happy that we made the move to Bay Harbor!

I've lived here for a few years and overall I think its a decent place to live. They take weeks to fix the issues but at least everyone is friendly and responsive. Overall, it’s a good place to live.

I just wanted to take a moment to say thank you very much to Yollanda and the rest of the team here at Bay Harbor. Yollanda spent a lot of time working with my roommate and I to assist us with choosing the perfect unit, guiding us through the entire rental process, and following up to ensure that we were happy and that everything regarding our unit was in perfect working order after our move-in. She made the process of moving so much easier for both of us. Any time we called the office with a question we were greeted warmly by the entire team and assisted promptly. Maintenance has been wonderful too. Overall Bay Harbor is beautiful, conveniently located, and offers every comfort and convenience one could ask for in an apartment complex. I especially love having an Amazon Hub center on site for package deliveries, such a huge help. I would absolutely recommend Bay Harbor to friends or family.

I would give the staff and the community 10 stars if I could unfortunatly I can only give them 5 stars. Yollanda, Belinda, Melody, and Carolina Have been an absolute dream to deal with! They are all conssumate profesionals and take customer service to the extreme, It is clear that they represent their community in the highest level. The maintanace has always been there day of night. I highly reccomend if you are looking for a great Apartment community stop here first.

I just want to thank the staff and specially Yolanda as she was very helpful when I first moved in. She was very patient with me during my trying time as I had a case of widow brain. She made everything super easy and now after being here almost a year anytime I have any issues they are quickly resolved. It’s usually very quiet here and peaceful and my neighbors are super friendly. Everyone kind of keeps to themselves and the view I have is awesome and I love it. I do not regret moving here for one second. I look forward to many years here with you guys. Thanks for everything ️

Well after 3 months of living here we have had on going issues. One right after the other. First our garage door wouldn't open and we kept filling tickets out repeatedly and thier only fix was putting a piece of cardboard over the camera because of to much sunlight. This in turn cost me about 600-1000$ worth of work while they tried to fix this (still having issues with the garage door) secondly everything is falling apart in our apartment we have had nothing but issues with just about everything to the point that I just fix it on my own because the maintenance crew is either over worked or just doesn't have the knowledge to fix the issues. After talking to other residents we aren't the only ones having these issues at all and it seems like all they do is put bandaids on stuff that really needs to be repaired. We moved in without looking at the apartment which was our fault we scrambled to find a place after our first one fell through and bay harbor really helped in that aspect Yolanda is awesome as well as everyone else in the front office. But beyond that I would recommend a 6 month lease if your trying to move to the area for work and find something that isn't in bad conditions as this place is. Unfortunately, we are stuck with a year lease but we definitely will not be renewing it and I can name about 6 other tenants that won't be either.

They have yet to reach out to us about our issues we are having even though yhe aaid they would. As well as maintenance hasn't showed up from our first ticket we filed last week. If this is any inclination about how phony they are about service please thibk twice about trying to come here.

My husband and I have been residents at Bay Harbor Apartments for the last 13 years and have enjoyed this friendly community of courteous neighbors. The office and maintenance staff are very friendly and quick to respond to any issues or problems. Belinda, the office manager, is always very professional and attentive to any needs or concerns we may have. The landscaping and pool areas are always well maintained. Bay Harbor is a very quiet and peaceful community, is pet friendly and even has an enclosed area for dogs to play. We also enjoy the well-lit walking path around the pond. The close location of so many stores, shops and restaurants make Bay Harbor an ideal place to call home.

I’ve live here for over a year now. Upon moving in, the staff in the front office was very helpful and polite. They do the best job of making everyone feel right at home. Any minor issue to major issues, the maintenance team is quick and very knowledgeable. This is a very dog friendly neighborhood and they have a nice puppy play area. The pool is great with upgraded patio seats the don’t burn your bum when you sit on them. I love the grilling area which is very spacious to host friends for a weekend cookout. I highly recommend this complex!
