This building is beautiful, the front desk personnel are always very helpful, the management does a great job to maintain, and improve the property constantly. The staff is is comprised of very hard working individuals who take pride in the property, cleaning it, maintaining it, with great customer service. Overall, a great experience visiting Bay House Condo!

I Am A Unit Owner At The Bay House. I Have Many Complaints About The Management Company Called Castle Group. They Never Answer The Phone And The Manager Is Always Away From Her Office When I Called Numerous Times In Different Dates. They Still Haven't Honored The Building Deposit They Owe Me Nor Do They Respond To The Emails I Sent Them.

If you're fortunate enough to know somebody to stay here, it's like a freaking Resort.

If you are a nerd and want more of your type buy a condo there if your young too much rules

It's amazing view is to die for but a problem is the walls are to thin. You could have a conversation with your neighbor without even seeing them.
