In the Preschool, if they think your child is getting up too much, they restrain them with a lap band, essentially tying them to the chair. Apart from being a deplorable Fire Safety Hazard, this is Assault on a Minor. As a nurse, we require Physician's Orders under only the most dire circumstances to restrain a patient. Otherwise it is Assault. We will be reporting them to the proper authorities for these actions against minor children. Be careful who you leave your kids with.
