Bay Vista Learning Center, Clearwater FL

My 2 yr old has been going here for like 7 months now. She definitely likes it there and learns a lot also. The director has always been very easy, pleasant, and professional. This place has tons of activities, parties, festivals, ect. Has a huge playground and every room is filled with fun learning items. Don't forget to say hello to "Bird".

They have a great team, safe infrastructure, we’ll organized, looks like they know what they’re doing.and plus, very friendly staff.

I would not recommend this daycare. My child was mentally abused by staff. Most staff are cruel and hateful. The Owner had a meltdown one day and started screaming at my child and I was unable to calm her. Additionally, the same week he was sent home with a large burn mark on his arm With no explanation why.
Two many children are enrolled with not enough staff to handle them. 17 children to one adult is too many. Please do your homework if you consider placing your child in this daycare.

Both of my boys have been with Ms Colleen and Ms Diane at Bay Vista over the last 4 years. We love it here! Baby chicks, holiday parties, and all the best care for our babes. I highly recommend Bay Vista to anyone looking for childcare

I have had the pleasure of having both my babies attend BayVista. Ms. Diane, owner and Ms. Colleen, director are absolutely the best, very professional, friendly and organized. The daycare is clean, communication is awesome and my children always enjoyed coming to school. The staff is caring and takes amazing care of the children as if they were there own. I can not say enough positive things about Bay Vista. My family is grateful to have trusted childcare for our babies.

The center has been everything we asked for in a school! Staff is very friendly, reliable and always positive when talking about the children. My daughter loves coming to school and is learning so much.

I cannot say enough good things about this daycare. My husband and I feel so fortunate to have stumbled onto this place. We’ve had both of our children enrolled here and both have flourished and made lasting friendships. The teachers and staff are attentive and kind. You can tell they really care about each child. We have complete peace of mind having our kids there knowing they are getting the best care.

I can honestly say that if anyone told me a school, let alone a preschool was going to such a part of my life when I was younger I would have thought you're crazy, but here we are.

Many years ago when my wife and I moved to this area and we were younger and trying to start our lives we were looking for jobs, driving around the local area we stumbled upon Bay Vista Learning Center. My wife having prior experience teaching at another school decided to see if they could possibly use any help.

We stopped in and we met the owner Diane who was very kind and welcoming. They talked and she was quickly offered a job and could start as soon as her background check etc was completed.

I'm a bit of an introvert myself and am honestly not a fan of busy places with people I don't know, however any time I would stop by to bring her lunch or pick her up after work I was always made to feel not just welcome but part of the family there. 10 Years later, while I'm much busier and don't get to see them much, when I do it's like visiting family.

We met many friends from Bay Vista over the years, some of the children and their parents even attended our wedding. Through all the ups and downs and many changes in our lives this extended family has been there for us time after time.

Having recommended Diane, Colleen and all the other fantastic teachers at Bay Vista to friends with young children, I've never heard anything but positive things. The only kids I know that left either graduated or moved too far to continue attending.

If you're looking for a place where the staff and owners actually have a passion for what they and truly care about your kids, then this school is worth your time visiting.

In regard to their COVID protocols, I myself am high-risk and I feel comfortable with my wife working there still. I can't visit until this pandemic is over, but they work exhaustively to ensure the school is not just safe for the children, but the family of those children and the staff.

This place is outstanding! I would highly recommend this place to anyone who needs childcare. My son has been going here for a year and a half and we just love everyone here. The owner, Ms. Diane, is a sweetheart and her staff is awesome! Everyone here is like family. The teachers are amazing and very engaged with the kids. My son is very happy going here. He has made a lot of friends and loves everyone.

This is by far the best daycare around. Very friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend!

Our son has been here for over a year. Mrs Diane and Mrs Colleen and the rest of the staff have been basically a second family to our son. Every day he comes home learning something new and the learning center actually teaches him things. I was super worried of places to put our son in last year because I didn’t want a “babysitter” place. I wanted him to learn little things and so far it’s been extremely successful.

With returning to the “new normal” from covid, they are extremely safe. They take temps at the entrance and throughout the day. When we pick up we get told if his temp was higher at all that day. Being exposed ourselves they followed all cdc guidelines on when we were allowed to return and worked with us. They even called while we were out to check on us and make sure we didn’t need anything.

My family has been with this school/daycare for an aggregate of 5 years and we have always been proud of our decision. We have two kids that have called this place a home away from home. The staff is extremely friendly and down-to-earth. Hopefully this will seal the deal, it is tough for any parent to leave their child at a new school for the first time, so I called to check up, never felt that trepidation ever again.
