Baya Urgent Care, Lake City FL

The clinic was well prepared for covid protection. The staff was helpful and friendly. The building was clean; the procedures were organized. I recommend the clinic to anyone with an urgent need.

I have been twice in the last month and everyone i talked to was so nice and really helpful in everyday. I do not like going to ER and was so grateful to find the expertise needed in an urgent care. I have already recommended Baya Urgent Care to 2 friends who were equally impressed with their staff and facility. Thank you so much for taking care of me!

recommend them for any type of immediate care. Superb treatment and I didn’t feel “talked down to” as I usually do in the ER. I always avoid the ER, even if I am in excruciating pain. Then I get reprimanded for waiting so long. Absolutely hate the ER and my primary Dr wasn’t available til late next week. Thank you again. God Bless and be safe everyone.

The wait time was reasonable and there were plenty of current mags. Everyone I dealt with were professional and pleasant. The doc gave me confidence in my diagnosis.

I went in excruciating pain and in tears almost the whole time I was there. There was so much empathy and kindness from all of the staff that I encountered. I HATE going to the Dr for any reason but this is my first time at this place and I would highly recommend to anyone. Everything from check in to picking up perscription I was fast and such a peaceful and kind atmosphere

Walked in having a severe asthma attack and they quickly took care of things. The staff was extremely friendly. I haven’t had this kind of care in years. Definitely would recommend for any urgent care needed.

Had a bad toothache over the holidays. I went in and they actually acted like they cared and got me what i needed to get through.

The staff at Baya was very helpful and service went smoothly when I brought my mom in for treatment. And picking up her prescription s on site were a breeze and very convenient.

It was super easy and convenient to make my appointment online, quick checkin, took my insurance, and doctor and staff were knowledgeable and friendly. Will definitely be back when me and my family need medical services!

Everytime I have been there for myself, or someone else, have always had a great experience, with the nurses, doctors, and everyone who worked on me! Never had a bad experience and I can't say that for alot of doctors offices here!

Make sure your insurance is correct before you pay them anything. My husband has gone here multiple times since changing from TriCare to Florida Blue, and each times he's gone they ask him his insurance, and he told them both times that he has Florida Blue. Fast-forward to them taking over $100 from our bank account without a notice. My husband called and apparently Baya Urgent Care NEVER changed his insurance in the computer, even though he told them twice that he had different insurance. Won't be coming back. That's absolutely ridiculous, and someone needs to be retrained.

They got me right in to the see Dr, very kind and understanding of my needs and helped me so much, thank goodness they were open on a Saturday and I got my medication in the same building! Treated me with kindness, something you don’t get very much any more! I highly recommend them!

It was fantastic, I called my insurance company and they said to go to Urgent Care rather than the ER, and I'm glad I did. Very nice staff and doctor.
