I am a employee for Bayada. I've been working with this company now for 6 years. This is one of the only companies that genuinely care about you, your need, and your family needs in addition to their clients. There has NEVER been a time when I had an emergency situation, doctors appointment, or any personal problems and they staff didn't acknowledge my concern or needs. I was told to take some time off for myself, and they will have my shift covered. Bayada staff of Winter Park is ALWAYS there for me professionally, and personally. I say this on behalf of myself, and all their employees, because we all are treated the same. In addition every employee birthday is acknowledge with a card, and gift, and on holidays. We are like family here professionally, and personally. When you enter.you will be greeted, and when you leave you will be acknowledge. There is a loving, caring atmosphere here at the Winter Park Bayada; I have, and will continue to recommend friends, and family to work for Bayada Healthcare. I have worked for several agencies in the past 26 years; but "None of them" come close to the Excellence of Bayada Home Health of Winter Park.

We engaged the services of Bayada for the final 7 months of my Dad's life. They were caring and kind - as a family we would not have been able to manage without them by his side 24 hours a day. It gave us great comfort. We highly recommend the Bayada aides to any family in need of such services.

Bayada was recommended to me by a care manager in Central Florida. I have been working with them for almost 2 years now. It has been a remarkable experience. My mom arrived to me frail, weak, and on hospice. Kelly, with Bayada, has been overseeing the aides that care for my mom and she worked tirelessly to get the appropriate caregivers for my mother. The amazing team of women that I have working with my mom have been a true blessing. After a year, my mom is no longer on hospice, she has put on weight, and I get to see her beautiful smile everyday at home. It is a hard decision to take on the responsibility of caring for your parents, but Bayada has made this transition a great experience. We are so fortunate to have them in our lives. I highly recommend this agency for the care of a loved one at home or even at a facility. They have staff that can care for your loved one in many different settings.

I am a Bayada Healthcare Employee and have been since March 2016. I have worked for there North Charlotte, NC location and now the Winter Park location located here in Florida. Working with/for them for 5 months now with Orlando Adult Nursing. Not like any other agency. They pay well. Have plenty of work. Are very accomadating. Staff Jessica, Marci and Mariella are beyond supportive and down to earth When other people ask about working for an "agency", I always say "They're not like the other agencies"
