This place was HORRIBLE. Don’t go here! I have had multiple encounters with this place. The most previous was my visit with a new “psychiatrist” (a therapist that could prescribe meds). I went into the visit and voiced my concerns. His heavy accent wasn’t the problem. The guy was completely rude, talked over me, insulted me, and did not listen. I have been seeking treatment for years, and am clinically diagnosed with bipolar. The therapist was asking how I knew I had bipolar, questioning my diagnosis, and proceeded to list stereotypical symptoms. He told me to stop taking all of my medications, and/or tried to significantly decrease the doses. Not only was that unjustified, but it was also very dangerous and not professional. I was having issues with anxiety and needed to change my medication. I listed medications that I have previously taken and that did not work for me. He prescribed me one of those medications. I later on received a bill for a whopping $400 for the visit. I gave them my insurance at check in… not only that, but I was a previous patient with the same insurance. They did not charge the insurance that I provided; it wasn’t even ran through. Incompetent! I sent a VERY angry email. Their care should’ve been free because it was so horrible.

I was also in a psych hold. The only thing we got to do all day was watch tv. We didn’t even have control of the tv. We all sat in the room and talked; there was nothing else to do. No board games, no social groups, and NO THERAPY! Not even therapy groups! Occasionally AA. What good is this place? ! I went into see the psychiatrist. She began to talk about my personal life, then gave me a new diagnosis. Again, I have bipolar. She did not listen, and she was very rude. I began to have a psychotic episode and she came out of her office yelling, “If you don’t quit you’ll never get out of here”. Absolutely disgusting. Completely unprofessional. If this was government ran and not a capitalistic business, this place would’ve been shut down a long time ago. The employees are careless and the nursing staff is rude. You’ll just sit and rot in this place - the only thing that for me through those 5 horrible days were the 3 meals a day, which were reheated and premade since the building has no kitchen.

You can leave multiple voicemails and they will never respond to you. Call the office and they won’t answer. I would call multiple times in the day and no one would ever pick up the phone.

I had an appointment with my therapist one day that the front desk made. The therapist didn’t show up that day; Apparently, the therapist’s and the front desk’s computer systems weren’t linked, so she was not scheduled. The therapist didn’t make a follow up with me. Why would a therapist be in a building but now follow the company’s system? Doesn’t make any sense to me.

DO NOT come here.no accountability whatsoever… lemme tell you my story and see if you wanna waste your money here afterwards…

A year ago, I lost access to my meds through my previous telehealth provider… the meds are controversial, but because of Covid, I was allowed to receive them through telehealth until those exceptions expired last October i think… when I lost access, I had to find an alternative and I made one of the worst decisions of my life… and that was trusting the people at baycare with my mental health…

So, I inform baycare of my situation and they took me on as a client while excluding some very important information from me… they don’t prescribe these meds under ANY circumstances… so, I unknowingly try all these other medications and guess what… they don’t help… after about 6 months, I start telling my doctor, hey… this stuff isn’t working… the meds I had before WERE working… can we go back to those? Nope… so we keep trying the stuff that isn’t working…now it’s been a year and I haven’t been able to work this last month because my emotions are out of control…I bombed a job interview cause I was acting funny… I flipped out on one my best paying clients for one of my freelance gigs…

Both my counselor and my case manager which are also employees of baycare agree that these meds were created for a reason…and that reason was to help people in my exact situation…

So I try and start holding some people accountable… and guess who doesn’t care in the slightest bit? That’s right. Baycare’s administration staff… I keep talking to different people all who tell me there’s nothing they can do for me and I need to talk to someone else… so I’m trying to get to the final boss of supervisors to see if SOMEONE will listen to me….

But they just…. Don’t…. Care

I really wish I would have considered all the other bad reviews I saw here before I wasted a year of my life and money at this horrible facility…

Best of luck to you if you see this and still decide to waste your time and money here…a business with no concept of morality or even the slightest amount of effort when it comes to customer/patient service

I posted a pic of the CEOs salary…

4 million a year and you can’t make sure your company can’t do its job? Maybe we can get a class action suit for neglecting your patients

Dr. Fusi is a very mechanical practitioner who obviously is there (and practicing) just to receive a paycheck. I don't understand at all why he is practicing psychiatry, because he is the least caring practitioner I've ever seen.

I don't know how he treats his other patients, but as for me, he barely looked me in the eye, has zero personality, and acted like he didn't want to be there. Anything you say to him will just "go in one ear and out the other", and he refuses to make any kind of medication changes whatsoever, no matter what you tell him or how much he sees that you are suffering

Not only that, but he also doesn't get neuro diverse people at all and just straight up kicks you to the curb saying ""we're done", refusing to help people who need it the most.

Please stay far away from this place, as he'll definitely hurt you much more than try to help you! He only cares about two things and two things only: protecting his license and making a solid income!

He is such an uncaring practitioner that I don't understand why I'm even bothering to write this: it won't affect him at all and he won't even care! Yet he probably continues to hurt many of his patients.

Please do us all a favor, Dr. Fusi, and leave the profession as soon as possible, as you're hurting us instead of helping us!

They don't help people who need help. Simple as that. Also treated poorly entire time by staff including pharmacy. Don't waste your time and money.

I cannot express how thankful I am for this place, and the doctors and staff working there. The ladies that Genoa pharmacy are amazing as well. I cannot express how much I love Dr Chris! His smile just brightens up your whole day, and you can really tell that he cares about every patient. I've been here for almost 2 years and I am absolutely thankful for each and every person here! I'm not sure why they don't have five stars but I give them 10 Stars.

I’ve never had such terrible experiences with professionals before. The only person worth seeing there is my therapist. Trinawa is AMAZING! Otherwise, i was misdiagnosed not listened too, my concerns were not valid. I was treated poorly multiple times after expressing my concerns with treatment. And then i was called by higher up telling me “we don’t do what you’re asking here” when they very much do. My sister gets the care I’m requesting at this exact facility. And I was told “we don’t typically change providers here, you can seek care elsewhere” instead of trying to solve why i was misdiagnosed, and then treated unfairly when i questioned such diagnosis. Disgusting.

My review. Simply pick a different clinic, this one was a complete waste of time. Or maybe just the person I saw there, to be fair. Not only did it take months to get in stretching out medicine like none of us want to do, I did not get anything from my appointment other than complete regret. I had an appointment with dr (who was probably a nurse practitioner or something realistically) Harris who is complete trash and wanted to change all my medicine on day one of a brand new journey with a new doctors office, “o let’s just stop a medication you have been taking for years”. Trying to get anything related to mental health is hard these days and this clinic really goes into that group. I definitely should have looked at the reviews.

Judging by the past reviews I will get an automated apology, don’t bother.

I was inpatient here in 2019. I knew one of the people there because their child went to high school with me. That worker spread the info about me being inpatient there to many people and it ended up on social media. Very unprofessional and just one of my many problems I had here.

Absolutely terrible service. Everyone except my actual doctor, seem to hate their job and thier life. So they take it out on the patients trying to receive mental services. They never have or want to give you your perscription, they could careless if you have an urgent message for your doctor, and to say not only is the customer service a joke, there lack of human empathy is non existent. Being a mental health facility, everyone in the front office, pharmacy and who answer the phone should have a reality check!

They never pick up the phone or call you back if you leave a voice mail. I had a rash break out from what I thought was my lamictal in June, called him and he just said "Stop taking it. I'll see you in September. " my Primary Care Provider told me to start taking it again because it was not a lamictal rash.then I had an allergic reaction to it and broke out in hives. Have not been able to get ahold of ANYBODY there for weeks. Apparently, Don Davis doesn't care about me or my mental health. Nor will this Baycare facility.do not go here. If I could leave them 0 stars I would.worst mental health facility around.

Just the worst malpractice iv ever seen they just don’t care. Should be called Baycareless. Every single month there has been an issue. From medication to appointments. I don’t know how these people are still in business truly. Supposed to get my medication tomorrow bet you there’s some type of issue…

I can't say that they are horrible because I've heard that the service given to patients is far better than a lot of places around here. What I can say is that they need to come up with a new freaking process. My better half went voluntarily yesterday. I know she's there. Due to the incident that occurred we may be being evicted. I haven't heard from her since she got there and when she finally calls the phone broke up the entire time. I've tried to leave messages and they refused. All they say is I can't confirm if she is or is not here but I'm sorry there are circumstances such as these where I know she's there and it is freaking important for her to find out that she may come home to an empty house. At the very least. Pass on the message. It doesn't matter who I explained this to. It doesn't matter how many times I've done so. I get the same answer.

There has been years of problems with this place but most recently this was the last straw. Despite a sign dictating masks have to be worn at all times while inside the building and they had a security guard in the front, no individuals were wearing their masks inside. None of the patients. None of the receptionists. None of the doctors. No one. This "rule" has not been enforced in the slightest and has resulted in one of my family members - an immunocompomised compromised family member - contracted COVID from their visit. This is the *only* place they leave the house for as they suffer from severe agoraphobia and initially refused to provide an *SAFE* alternative to going in to the offices. My brother was finally able to schedule a telehealth appointment for today, the day I'm writing this.only for them to tell him that they don't do telehealth, they have never done telehealth (yet they did for the pandemic), and proceeded to make him wait for another TWO AND A HALF HOURS for his appointment. And when the doctor, SUSAN HANNA, finally contacted my brother she had the audacity to not only say that we were lying about the conditions of their office, but proceeded to mock and belittle my brother for his conditions and refuse to provide his prescriptions because he was being "disruptive" as he was upset that not only did they get him sick and nearly kill him but then refused to even provide a service they had previously provided and blamed *him* for it.

Every single person in this office deserves to be fired and the building torn down and replaced with something more helpful. Even McDonald's would be better suited in that location - at least they wear masks.

No seems to know where my child's paperwork for school is 2 nurses and the Records clerk all looked me in my face with NO Urgency. The Nurse was supposed to ask the doctor about the paperwork I sat in my car for an hour NO ONE CAME. The file clerk walked across the parking to her car saw me said nothing and left. So at this point I am learning BAYCARE DOESN'T CARE! And the STAFF is the SAME.
What to expect when you bring your child here EXPECT Nothing cause NO one Knows Anything and they Don't ask each other. Just shoulder shrugs and BLANK stares.
