7Dr. Kleckner and the medical assistant were both lovely and I appreciated seeing them during the visit. The receptionist who checked me in was extremely rude and short with me upon arrival. She seemed very put off that I needed to fill out my registration paperwork on a tablet in the office and that I arrived at 7: 15 AM. I showed up 45 mins early to allow for enough time for new patient paperwork and knew I was early and would need to wait, so I don't understand what the issue was. I never received an email to fill this paperwork out, so how was I to know? Isn't being early better than being late? Other than this receptionist the trip went well.
Great care from my physician and nurse, very helpful, friendly front desk staff! Great experience!
If I could give baycare primary 0 stars I would. I was supposed to be an on boarding new patient and you wait months for an appointment. The decided to cancel my appointment and not even say anything so when I call to double check they just cancel you and then rebook you months after. Terrible service.
Was a patient here for MANY years with amazing care. Since my doctor left last July, they've handed me off to two different doctors, both of whom have also moved on and now I have to find a third. In less than a year!
Horrible experience - saw the Dr.for less than 2 minutes then got passed off to someone else, Dr.is now out and not seeing patients. Then the assistant wants to do a bunch of tests $$$$ - money making machine - 2 trips down there and a complete waste of time. Do not go here
I have been coming here for a little under a year now and the whole team here is so great. Firstly, they're always so good about getting me seen as soon as possible and I've never had to wait long either. Secondly the level of friendly and helpful service here goes unmatched to most practices I've been to.
This morning Dawn at the front desk did an especially amazing job. I saw a woman come in when I had gotten there a bit early who walked in to try and get an appointment instead of going to the urgent care downstairs. And dawn managed to find a way to fit her in within 45 minutes. That's unheard of amazing. And the woman actually had the audacity to start yelling at dawn about it not being good enough. And dawn held her cool so well. Seriously, I don't think I would of been able to bite my toynge in that situation and still give her friendly service with a smile through it like dawn did.
Also I couldn't be happier with the care I get from my doctor Rina. She is so kind and understanding, not all doctors listen to their patients like she does. And I appreciate it so much. The care everyone in this practice puts into their patients is amazing and I'd recommend anyone to go here.
I have been going to Dr. Fluegge at BayCare for over a year now and I am happy with her and the entire staff. A highlight of my visits is Dr, Fluegge's Medical Assistant/ Nurse, Chris. She is cheerful and welcoming. She returns my calls with warmth and is helpful and understanding.
